...Nokia 2600 - I am prone to dropping my mobile phone. I'm not usually that clumsy, I just can't seem to look after my phones. The one I had before this Nokia 2600 was also a nokia. My boyfriend had given me his old one as he is on a contract and got an upgrade. The old one had a camera, colour screen, radio etc etc. When I eventually broke that one too I asked myself what I actually needed in a phone, and was it worth spending a small fortune on a load of features I was never going to use. This was not only due to their competitive prices, but a number of other factors. I have a few friends and family memebers who highly reccomend Orange. Advantages: necessity for camera/mp3 phones, allows fast transfer of files to your nokia
Disadvantages: not compatible with older computers and some Nokias

...To transfer files such as images, music, games, applications and more between your nokia phone and a PC you will need a connection between the two. The best ways to do this are through bluetooth, infared or using this data cable. Using this data cable i have put music onto my phone, backed up images onto the psp and much more. Also unless you have a PC or laptop with built in compatable bluetooth or infared the cable is the cheapest method to make a connection with the PC and phone. The data cable works with nokia PC suite and the drivers are included in the PC suite if you cant find them. The downside to this cable is that even though it is for nokia phones it is not for all nokia phones. For example the 6600 phone is not compatible. For this reason you should check Nokia's website for information unless you know you phone works... Read review

...I had this phone for about a month now, currently its a great buy for Under £150 in most places and can be bought for around £130. Before I even start reviewing the phone, I will have to warn buyers that this phone is locked on most networks in the UK and uses a new network lock (so called BB5). Unlocking remotely via codes is not possible unlike in older nokia's (6230 and 6230i being its predecessor). The only way to unlock at the moment is to contact the network to lift the restriction and this will usually set you back around £15. So please choose the phone on the network of your choice. ...I bought this phone after owning a couple of Nokia 6110 phones for more than two years. This review is written from the perspective of upgrading from this phone, for when I am making comparisons. I have not owned anything but a Nokia but have used other people's and am convinced they are a clear market leader. And this phone strengthens that. Plenty of advanced features, some of them similar to the 7110, such as the greatly enlarged and enhanced phonebook and the WAP support. The first thing you notice is the high-resolution screen, with up to 6 lines of text (although you normally see only 5, one with the soft-keys' names, one for the menu name and three in a larger font with the menu or information).
