...After Nokia released the models 2760 and 2630 is the Nokia 2600 classic. These models are an attempt to capture the market with features like blue tooth , video,GPRS and mp3 support and is also on the lower price range. The 2600 classic is the newer and more modified version of the earlier 2600. This version has more facilities and functions and is much slimmer. It has got quite an attractive look with an extra panel that comes along with the pack, which I think is great. The LCD is bigger than the previous one and comes along with a headset that features an FM radio too. The battery is however unsatisfactory. You need to charge up to two times a day if you listen to music or play games. It doesn't have a music player but can play mp3 and amr formats. USB data cable for nokia

Advantages: necessity for camera/mp3 phones, allows fast transfer of files to your nokia
Disadvantages: not compatible with older computers and some Nokias

...with the cable. ---COST--- A USB data cable is usually supplied with your Nokia Phone and if your phone came with the data cable pictured then your phone will work with this cable. If you have lost or broken your data cable or bought your phone second hand and did not recieve one then you will need to pay around £5 - £10 depending on what sites or shops you buy it from. It is great value for money as you will always be using it. ---THE CABLE--- The cable its self is quite strong and will last a long time however if the cable is pulled or not looked after correctly then you will break it quickly. I have had the contacts bent on mine which means the connection between the phone and the PC can not be made and so the cable is useless. Advantages: mixes many features and not expensive even free. Battery life is very long.
Disadvantages: The back cover is not easy to remove

...I got my data cable to add ringtones, logos and unlock it. You know, I actually never did any of these. I got bored of it after about 10 minutes. You have to fid somewhere decent to get the rigtone/logos from, then discover you have to pay somehow alot of the time. Then there's the trying to connect it to your phone. Don't buy this without instructions! You need to remove the back of the phone, and insert it down the side of the SIM, and hope it's in right. the cable has 6 little pins that touch 6 metal bits , and they have to touch, usually with you pushing dow o the cable to keep them touching! In fact, you're probably better off just buying the ringtones out the back of Hello Magazine or something, it's so confusing. I must have spent a good couple of hours trying to find some program that works to unlock. They all failed...
