Nokia 5200
Review of Nokia 5200 Blue by
Lee20072007200720007
Advantages: Easy to use,
Disadvantages: Poor camera quality
...The Nokia 5200 looks almost the same as its big brother, the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic. Although the 5200 doesn't carry the XpressMusic branding, it's clearly designed as another music player phone,It's a slide design phone that looks much like the Nokia 6111. Nokia have improved the design of their slide phones recently and this one slides well. It's a nicely sized phone - the same size as the 5300 XpressMusic and a few grams lighter. The 5-way navigation key works nicely and there are dedicated camera and radio keys on the side for easy access to these functions. The volume keys on the side double up as zoom keys when the camera is in use. The display is not as good as the screen on the 5300, but is excellent when compared with other phones in this price range. The keypad slides down nicely and is very easy to use.The 5200 comes...

good phone
Review of Nokia 5300 XpressMusic by
Nutter2007
Advantages: new features
Disadvantages: price
...The Nokia 5300 is one of Nokia's XpressMusic phones, a label meant to identify handsets that are particularly fit for use as a music player. But I enjoyed the Nokia 5300 much more as a phone than as a cell phone than as a music player, even though it's still a good music player: up to 2GB memory card, dedicated protruded music keys on the side, standard 2.5mm headset jack. It also offers a variety of music transfer features such as USB Mass Storage capability, infrared, Bluetooth and, of course, you can always store music directly on the MicroSD card, provided your computer includes a card reader. I didn't like sound quality as much as with the Nokia N91 but it is a higher priced cell phone.
I forgot to test Nokia's provided headset but according to other users comments, they are of a lower quality and should be replaced by better ones...

Review of Nokia 5300 XpressMusic by
smithy06qpr
Advantages: * Funky design.Beautiful display.Great Music Player.
Disadvantages: *Relitavely poor battery life.
...I enjoyed this phone as it works well and has lots of funcionality. My best phone yet! I have never used a phone which offered such a good price to features ration ever and I am glad thta I purchased this phone for the tiny price of £60, wh9ich in my mind was a complete bargain in reality to how much you could pay for a phone these days.
In conclusion, an excellent phone with all of the features you would ever need, 1.3 megapixel camera, great TFT screen, excellent music and mp3 player, lous speakers, lots of cool 3d games to play on!
If you want a cheap phone at a reasonable price, then go and get this phone, it will not let you down at all. Superb vaue phone!...

Nokia 5310 XpressMusic
Review of Nokia 5310 XpressMusic by
nylon32
Advantages: Small Size, 3.5mm Headphone jack, A2DP
Disadvantages: Camera, Very Quiet Speaker
...The 5310 XpressMusic as been out for some time now and has somewhat fallen under the radar after Nokia's releases of their N series and Classic phones. it's only slightly thicker than the 6500 classic but thanks to its plastic construct it is lighter, the Phone is available in red and blue liveries both of which look good on the phone and are reminiscent of the orange Walkman Styling on some of the newer SonyEricsson phones. On the top of the phone there is a Micro-USB port that allows data transfer and charging with the included cable, there is also a sturdy 3.5mm headphone jack, a welcome addition after many years of proprietary jacks.
The software the phone runs (S40 Platform) is easy to use and in most cases not crippled by operator branding. It includes all the usual features and as well as the yet to be widely uses Push to Talk...

My Cute Phone
Review of Nokia 5300 XpressMusic by
asomormridul
Advantages: Musci quality, portability, look.
Disadvantages: Picture quality is somewhat poor.
...On my wedding anniversay my wife was requesting me for gifting her with a new mobile phone but I thought of a diamond ring instead and the phone was kept pending. But on her 34th birday I could not prevent buying her a phone. As Nokia is my choice of preference, I stepped confidently to a Nokia showroom to look for the model around. My budget for the phone was limited and so I have to restrict to a phone which is cheaper and got all the facilities to support the fuctions of my wife. I selected the cute looking Nokia 5300 Xpress Music. The phone comes in a variety of colours and I preferred the black to the red and white or the black and white. It is a sliding phone, better to say a sliding music phone with MP3 music player and a FM Radio.
The Nokia 5300 XpressMusic supports a 2" QVGA TFT display resolution of 320X240 pixels in 262144...

5610 Is All Fab and Glam
Review of Nokia 5610 XpressMusic by
Luke180
Advantages: Great Battery Life
Disadvantages: Applications Dont Shut Down when Slide Phone Down
...The Nokia 5610 is a phone designed for music and is in very stiff competition with Sony Ericsson Walkman Range. Previously owning a Sony Ericsson W810i means that it gives me a better understanding how good or how bad the phone actually is and how the features compare.
Well I think we should start with the function that the phone is built for and that is music. I feel that the Nokia 5610 music player layout is not as good as the Walkman range. Also the built in speakers to play music are not too good either on the more expensive Nokia phone that is actually to quiet.
Now to other features like data transfer and this is very good on the Nokia because it is very quick and easy to do when you need to transfer music and pictures form computer to phone or vice versa.
The camera on the Nokia is brilliant and the 1 GB card that is included...

GarageRaver69

top trumps for nokia express music
Review of Nokia 5300 XpressMusic Grey by
laulieboo
Advantages: the whole package is great
Disadvantages: none
...Nokia express music 5300.
Recieved for christmas from my husband i was amazed and stunned that he actually chose a great gift, something that was all mine and could enjoy for a long time coming.
I always try to get nokia as my phone as the layout and set up are easy to use and not to complicated i have had other makes only to exchange the next day due to not easily understanding the phone.
For me to have a mobile mp3 player and a good camera in one is ideal and is always to hand having 2 children its great to capture them wherever you are.
The slide design is great no more accidently phoning someone or storring unrecognised numbers.
pictures are easily stored onto your pc using nokia manager and a usb cable and music easily transfered from windows media player to the phone which you can set up as your ringtone alerts and etc.

A brilliant all rounder
Review of Nokia 6230 by
magicgate
Advantages: A brilliant, simple to use, full of features, reliable, phone
Disadvantages: Keypad niggles, plain design and standard camera
...I'm currently using a Samsung because this phone got stolen and I miss is because it was one of the best. Nokia are very reliable and the sound quality is superb on this phone. Whether you make a phone call or listen to music, radio or video.
Key features - 1.3 megapixel camera, uses a MMC multimedia card (often a 32mb bundled when you purchase the phone and this is a standard format of storage for a lot of Nokia phones). The phone has Bluetooth and Infrared, speakerphone, MP3 player, video camera, voice dialling, FM radio and Push To Talk (which is a 'walkie talkie' style function). The phone can sync with MS Outlook, great if you need to carry your calender without needing a PDA. Nokia data suite also cool and useful. You can also send text messages from your laptop to the phone through bluetooth, transfer files, back up...

Weighs a tonne, but it's GREAT!
Review of Nokia 3210 by
Paz21
Advantages: Size and looks
Disadvantages: Weight
...The new Nokia 3210. Fun outside, serious inside. With Xpress-on covers you can change on both sides. Express yourself freely with Xpress-on covers you can change yourself, front and back. Play three games. Spice up your messages by sending pictures - it's like sending an electronic postcard. Compose your own personal ringing tone. Send a message that's worth a thousand words, containing a picture. Roam seamlessly in GSM 900 and GSM 1800 networks. It looks fun on the outside, but on the inside the Nokia 3210 means business. It stands by for up to eleven days with the standard battery. And you can write messages fast with predictive text input....
