...I had a flat to furnish, but next to no money. So I purchased my furniture from car boot sales, charity shops and the like. The result was a hodge-podge mishmash style of materials and colours that lacked all harmony. I decided to paint the furniture in one colour. The only type of paint I found that was suitable for both metallic and wooden surfaces, previously painted or not, was 'Non-drip gloss for interior use'. I had meant to get something discreet and natural, such as terracotta. But once in the DIY store, surrounded by thousands of pots of paint, I grew bold, and picked a rich red. Review of Focus Non-Drip Gloss

Not for drips.

Advantages: Compact, no drip, lasts along time.
Disadvantages: Use on dry face, last drops will not come out.

A Tea Set inside a Teapot...?

Advantages: Safe, plastic tea set complete with it's own unique storage box!
Disadvantages: If used with water or juice, carpet can become more of a swimming pool!!

...My daughter recieved this Minnie Tea Set as an unexpected gift from her Great Aunt. The reason I say unexpected is that although I told many relatives to buy Cherith a gift from the Disney store, I never specified any specific items, and so any she did recieve were a complete surprise. Advantages: Beautiful Illustrations, lovely story

Although I hadn't heard of the Crayola Watercolours, it didn't take me long to realize what exactly they did. At first it would seem like mini pots of paint, but it turns out they are so much more exciting than that. On a blue tray you have six little pots: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red. Let's Hear It For Campy British Horror - YAY!

...The House That Dripped Blood is a camp horror film, which lasts 97 mins and is rated a 12. I bought it from Amazon UK for just £3.98, which I felt was a great price. I have recently got into watching horror ? but only the old, classic era ones from the 1970s or earlier, definitely not the modern gore-fests. To me, I like a good cast, traditional horror elements and a fair bit of suspense. I am not interested in huge amounts of blood and on-screen violence. So I avoid modern films like the Saw series, instead loving the old Vincent Price films and the like. I first heard of The House That Dripped Blood after reading a review of it on Dooyoo by Jake Speed and it sounded just my kind of thing. I was not disappointed. Persil non bio

Advantages: Gets rid of the stains and cleans well
Disadvantages: None yet

...I bought this persil non bio at £2.50 in a supermarket just to try it and because i need non bio for my son who suffers with eczema. As you only need to use a capful i did this and when the wash was over it had got the stains from my sons clothes and other bits which was great. As you only need to use a capful the bottle will last long and i am using this along with my usual fairy non bio washing powder as i still had some of this powfer left. I didn't look to see if this was on offer in the supermarket i got it from i just saw that it was £2.50 and wanted to try it just to see if it done what it said on the label which it did. I would probably buy it again to try aswell as the powder as it will last just about the same. I would recommend this product as it is excellent and it will last a while as it is 2x concentrate aswell...
