...amount it's fine. One word of warning I will give, the handle does get very hot as it's metal so you need an oven glove to take it off the pan. I found out the hard way and sort of burnt my hand once, not fun!! The cup is made of a deluxe non stick coating throughout so I find the egg does come out fairly easily with a bit of a shake. It also helps if you rub a bit of butter all around the cup too...
