X Pect the Unexpected !

...The Man From Planet X. This movie starts with, some good special effects, of a planet spotted drifting through our system and it is going to come close to the Earth. The Planet named planet X, (how imaginative!) will be studied by many around the globe including Professor Elliot who sets up a small observatory in the remote moors of a Scottish island. He along with daughter Enid and Dr Mears, a former student and love interest of the profs daughter are soon joined by the obligatory Newspaper reporter that always seemed to be in these movies. They soon get a visit from a spaceship from planet X and the alien occupant of the spaceship. He appears at first friendly and benign but does he have ulterior motives? He breaths by means of a tank of his own X atmosphere. He has his own gold fish bowl helmet...

Simply Out of this World!

Advantages: Stunning, Controls prefectly, Great fun

...In his long and illustrious history, Mario has been just about everywhere, and in his latest game, he takes to the skies, and goes on an interstellar journey through space. The plot of the game is a near carbon-copy of every other Mario game: Mario goes to visit Princess Peach in the castle to celebrate the coming of a comet, and, in time honoured tradition, Bowser is there to ruin the day and kidnap Peach. Cue Mario getting transported to a space observatory that's running low on power, so you have to visit different galaxies, collecting stars as you go to power up the observatory so you can finally go and save Peach. ...The Royal Observatory and the Planetarium A few weeks ago now I went to Greenwich for afternoon and wandered over to the Royal Observatory which I would recommend as it is well worth a visit. The Observatory is actually part of the National Maritime Museum which also encompasses the Maritime Galleries and the Queen's House. The Royal Observatory was commissioned in 1675 by Charles II and is situated on a hill in Greenwich Park overlooking the River Thames. It is a really beautiful building and even if you are not interested in the outside it is worth a look just at the architectural beauty on the outside. The original part of the Observatory was designed by Sir Christopher Wren so you get an idea of how wonderful it is just from that. Auckland Sky Tower

Advantages: Views
Disadvantages: You will not want to leave

...If you are thinking of going to Auckland then visiting the Sky Tower is a must do! It is not that expensive to go up and once you are up the tower the views are amazing. You go up in an elevator, and when you get to the top you enter the main circular observatory tower which has massive glass windows all the way around giving you a 360 degrees view of Auckland, some of the best views are of the world famous harbour and Mount Eden, a dormant volcano. If you are the dare-devil type then you can do the sky jump, by leaping of the tower and falling 192m with a 16 second free fall, and reaching speeds of 75kph. Great Park in Greenwich

...I used to live in Island gardens (Docklands area) and Greenwich Park was just 10 minutes away. In the sunny summer days, we used to go to the park for lazy Sundays. We used to bring a beach mat and a blanket to lay them on the grass. It is useful to bring the blanket in case of sudden change of weather, which happen quite often in London. Greenwich Park is the oldest Royal Park and has 183 acres of land. The park is part of the Greenwich World Heritage site. The Royal Observatory, Astronomy Centre & Planetarium and National Maritime Museum are within the park. It is the only hilly park in London which overlooks the Thames. THE Best Wii Game To Date!

Advantages: Beautiful worlds, cute graphics, just plain fun!
Disadvantages: Running upside down is quite annoying

The game and the plot is the same as pretty much every single Mario game in existance - with Mario being invited to the palace, just in time to witness Princess Peach being kidnapped by Bowser. Only this time of course he's gone a little bit further, taking her to a far away planet! Mario soon meets up with what is called a Luma, a cute little star-like creature. You'll be seeing lots of these adorable little critters as you play the game! The Luma's are led by the beautiful Rosalina, who lives with them in the comet observatory. Knighton- town on the dyke

Advantages: beautifull countryside, situated on Offas Dyke.
Disadvantages: a bit small

...Knighton is situated on the border between England and Wales on Offas Dyke. It is a 'stop of' place for all the hikers who are walking the famous offas dyke. There is plenty of things to do and ample facilities. The Offas Dyke center is worth a visit. Also the observatory and nearby judges lodgings are both top attractions. There is plenty of accomodation including the Knighton Hotel which I would highly recomend. There is also plenty of cafes and bars to eat in. I would recomend the horse and jokey cos it does great food in the restaurant section including some really tasty pizzas. So if your looking for beatifull countryside with all the convienences you need Knightons the place to come....
