Advantages: Total Luxury, Watersports, NO KIDS
Disadvantages: Shopping Trip - Not worth the grief

...Last month my wife and I spent a most memorable week at Couples, Ocho Rios. The whole resort was totally amazing, the staff were attentive, helpful and just couldn't do enough to make our holiday the most amazing experience! The resort itself had 5 restaurants ranging from a beach bar that served all sorts of snacks from nachos to jerk chicken to what were the strangest hot dogs my wife ever had in her life! Other choices of eateries were a very fancy french restaurant to the fantastic pasta eatery on a small pier over the sea, very romantic, especially by candlelight! The choice of watersports was fabulous, from Scuba diving (at no extra charge!), to waterskiing, snorkelling, even a sunset cruise and it was all included in the price! Get climbing!

Advantages: Fun and different
Disadvantages: Not suitable for all people to partake in

...I was in Jamaica on a work trip just under two years ago now and whilst we were there we had an organised trip to the Dunn's river falls included. Because it was pre organised everything was arranged prior to our arrival. However, the Dunn's River falls and park, where it is situated, seems to be the same from the main website so I will give you my opinion on this place as it is one of Jamaica's top attractions that you simply must visit if going on a trip to Jamaica! What is it? Dunn's River falls and park is located in Ocho Rios and is a park area that surrounds the Dunn' river and the falls that are at the end of the river which eventually leads right into the ocean at the bottom on the beach. The fall section is quite mild really and not a huge falls. There are plenty of rocks near to the surface and no part of it is too deep...

GREAT DAY OUT

Advantages: EVERYTHING IN ONE AREA
Disadvantages: CAN COST A SMALL FORTUNE!

...as it's so popular - i would advise this also as when we were there we noticed that all the slots were full and the whole place was packed out all day. we had not arranged a transfer pick up (which you can do if you like but not sure how much this costs) so we made our own way from ocho rios which only took about 15mins if that and we went by taxi whcih cost us about $25 upon arrival we went in and were told we had to make our way to the swim area about half an hour before we were to start our session so that the trainer could brief us and we could given our life jackets etc. our slot wasn't until 11.30 and we had arrived at discovery cove at just gone 9am. we decided to first go around the nature trail, which is included in the cost of your ticket(even if you just pay for entrance and no programs with the dolphins). ...Dunn's river falls is one of my most favourite hot spot in Jamaica if I want a combination of fun and relaxation I can count on this location any time. Grand facilities at the 'Grande'

Advantages: Lots of facilities and good choice of restaurants
Disadvantages: Rooms are more basic than you'd probably expected

...When I travelled to Jamaica with work we stayed in a few hotels in different locations and the one we stayed in whilst in Ocho Rios was this one. I have to admit that although I was looking forward to it I was a little disappointed to be moving from the hotel we had stayed at in Negril as it was a luxury hotel. Escada Rockin' Rio!

Advantages: Pretty smell, different from the rest!
Disadvantages: Not as strong as the rest so doesn't stay for as long!

...Escada Rockin? Rio I got this perfume in a Collector?s Edition pack of 5 Escada Perfumes; Island kiss, Rockin? Rio, Pacific Paradise, Sunset Heat and Ibiza Hippie. I first heard of Escada when I bought Pacific Paradise on the Ferry on the way to Italy, from then on the smell always reminded me of that holiday, and became one of my favourite perfumes. So when I saw this pack for £12.50 for 5 small bottles (4ml each), I just had to buy them to try them all, so I could choose my favourite one! And I must say they were all delicious! With such strong fruity smells which stuck around all day, my only problem was there wasn?t enough of it in the bottles, and I tended to use half a bottle each time I used it!
