...the two cities. First, the sprawl of Marrakech seemed to go on for miles, with a lot of half finished new apartments, and space being converted to luxury golf hotels miles from the city centre. After that we spotted a lot of very arid and poor farmland and then plantations of Argon trees (used for Morocco?s famous oil) before reaching another town with another load of those unfinished housing...

...Why Agadir? Agadir is a city on the Atlantic in The South West of Morocco. I stayed there for a week a while ago and had a very unusual time there. I had been overworking and decided I needed a week's rest. Agadir ticked the boxes, warm, cheap, somewhere I'd never been before, it sounded interesting.
