Advantages: all the best Suede songs on one disc Disadvantages: The new tracks let this one down
...Suede have been around for donkey?s years or so it feels like they have. . In fact they first released their first single in 1992 which I suppose is donkeys years compared to some lesser bands. Suede were one of the bands along with Blur, Elastica and maybe Pulp who kicked off the Britpop phenomena of the mid 1990s. They are one of those bands who I really like but are not quite one of my favourites of all time. I do own a few of their CDs and was lucky enough to see them headline the Reading Festival in 1997. When they released their greatest hits collection simply entitled the Singles just before Christmas. I decided it would be a good addition to my CD collection. I do have their last two albums Head Music and A New Morning but I do not have the others. My cassette of their self titled debut album Suede snapped and my copies of Dog...

Review of Singles - Suede
Advantages: sublime music Disadvantages: never bettered
...This album divided critics on its release in 1994 but when listened to side by side with their eponymous debut it is obvious that it was a massive step forward. The only downside is that, as Oasis heralded the beginning of Britpop, Suede were lumped in with all of the other chancers and their struggle to keep up meant that their music would never be as good as this.
It opens with a scene setting short piece called Introducing the Band which quickly morphs into first single We Are The Pigs - it is obvious from the outset that Bernard Butlers guitar playing at improved greatly and this takes the music in a new, more dramatic direction.
This album really catches the earthbound glamour of streetlife romance - Brett Andersons lyrics are full of little down to earth observations that seem natural as opposed to the music that came after...
Advantages: A great all-round performer, full bodied, full flavoured, deceptively strong, easily obtained in the UK Disadvantages: None but a weedy lager drinker's prejudices
...brown glass bottle closed with a brown crown cap which is covered with a foil capsule. The front label announces the brand in two languages (Belgium is constitutionally bilingual in Flemish and French). There is a stylised picture of the Abbaye de (Abdij van) Leffe. The small neck label bears the date (1240).
The rear label is close printed in multiple languages and attests to the contents being ?The authentic Belgian Abbey Beer?. It is brewed to 6.5% ABV. The brewers recommend storage and serving at 5 to 6ºC. Leffe Brun is imported into the UK by Interbrew
THE DRINK
Despite (or perhaps because of) the current heatwave my bottles were cool (10ºC) rather than the cold recommended temperature. The cap came off with a resounding puff of gas. Leffe Bruin pours an intense very brown, almost black, colour ? similar to stout (but there...

Review of Leffe Brown
Advantages: Funny, nice love story, comedy Disadvantages: None
...The Office has to be one of the funniest sitcoms of recent times. Any one who has ever worked in an office environment can relate I think to the situations the actors find themselves in and probably have a similar story of their own as well. I think this is one of the reasons why it is so funny and became so successful.
The Office I think was different because it approached the sitcom genre in an interesting way by having the format of a documentary. The office in question was that of Wernham Hogg Paper Company based in Slough, Berkshire. They had a camera crew in the office that basically filmed their every day lives in the office and all the drama and relationships that come with that. Like I?ve said, even though the show was made in the form of a documentary the show was fictional and scripted. It was interesting though because...
Advantages: Ease of use, Fantastic AutoFormats & Increased Features Disadvantages: Experienced users will find it hard at the start to find known features
...General Opinion
As an IT Trainer I have used and taught the Microsoft Office suite for 9 years and this is the most exciting change to hit our PCs in years.
It is not just an upgrade on an old idea but a complete overhaul of the system. Gone are the old menus and toolbars and in their place is a new feature called the Ribbon. Where once you could turn toolbars on and off accidentally never to be seen again this version allows its users to play around with all the features without the fear of losing any functionality.
For new users it is more intuative with the features being grouped together and being more visual. There are many Automatic Formatting features which give your documents a much more professional look in a much shorter time.
More Visible Features

Advantages: IT'S COOL LOOKING Disadvantages: YOU HAVE A DEADLINE TO MEET?.....DON'T USE!!
...a better result? gee!! not for me at least because, what i feel working with the product is CLUMSINESS, i practically have to look for almost every thing(buttons) to carry out some functions ( THANK GOD FOR SOME SHORT CUTS).
One good thing that was done on it anyways, is the fact that you are presented with different "Save AS" options. But take my advice, if you have to work with MS office professional 2007, be sure you save your documents with the "97 - 2003" option because God help you if you are sending that finished document to someone like myself who has decided to stick with MS office 2003 ( atmost 2005) and believe it or not there are quite a number out there.
My opinion - Microsoft Office Professional 2007 is cool, but i LOVE my reliable and dependable and easy to USE MS office professional 2003....
Advantages: Gritty British thriller Disadvantages: A bit full on at the end
...If you followed the career path of Michael Caine you might well wonder what happened, from being crowned the King of Cool in movies such as Get Carter, Alfie, and The Italian Job; Caine almost dropped out of the popular movie genre. During the 80?s and 90?s with the odd exception (Educating Rita, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, The forth Protocol) his movies were generally bottom end stuff, most of his output in this time is available on super low budget DVD. For Caine however age made him turn a corner, and as the star tentatively spoke about a cameo in popular soap Eastenders, his movie career took of in ways he possibly never realised. With two Batman movies, Children Of Men, and the highly acclaimed Is Anybody There? Behind him Caine now returns in his intriguing movie yet, Harry Brown.
Harry Brown follows a history of popular vigilante...

Review of Harry Brown
Advantages: Couple of good tunes; Brett's voice Disadvantages: 5 tracks too many; the rhyming couplets!
...*see what I did there?
WHO'S THIS THEN?
It's Suede, a band that are just about still together after forming in 1992 in Surrey. They play enigmatic, dramatic, charismatic indie-pop with a touch of glam rock thrown in. Brett's voice has been likened to a young David Bowie on many occasions.
WHAT'S THIS ALBUM ALL ABOUT?
This was their fourth album and was seen as a very difficult album to make because 1997's Coming Up was considered to be their best albmu and therefore insurmountable in terms of sales and creative nous.
THE TRACKS
-------------------
***1. Electricity***
Squealing guitars and ear-shagging feedback start this track off, which was the first single released from Head Music. With Suede you generally get a verse/chorus/verse song structure with a bit of a guitar solo near the end and this track is no exception...

Review of Head Music - Suede
Advantages: Caine is fantastic Disadvantages: Extreme violence not for the fainthearted
...the moral side of the story and this was followed by the new office sent to cover the death of Caine's friend.
The film is engaging yet brutal and the ending was very fitting where a few home truths came to light that I personally did not see coming.
If you have a strong stomach then I would definitely recommend you watch this film. In my opinion its so much more than a vigilante film and Caine has once again proven his worth.

Review of Harry Brown
Advantages: New look, good for beginners, easy to instal, more professional tools Disadvantages: Slower then the old one, hard to find sertain things in the new menus
...When i first got the new office, i already loved how the case looked. Really stylish and professional. Even the DVD had a nice touch to its looks. The only thing bad about the case is that i had to figure out how to open it correctly.
When i put the dvd into my computer, it didn't gave any errors (as to be expected) and it asked me if i wanted to run it, which i did.
After the smooth installation (which took about +-10 minutes), i could start it up and i was blown away by the new looks of it. The only thing i was looking for in the first 5 minutes was how to save and load my files, but then i descovered that the new big button was the new file->load/save menu.
Now, i've never really did alot more with office then making some nice Graphs with Exel and writing alot in the documents, but with the new Word you can do alot, just by...
