...Recently, brother have been re-designing their printers and their all in ones. This HL4040CN, has just been re-designed and now looks better and works better. The design shape of this, is basically a big box. And it is big because this printer is for an high end personal use or for medium class office work. So therefore it has to be able to cope with a lot of work. Even though this is a box shape, it still looks somewhat cool. Its panels of blue and silver do this and it does looks really modern. From the front of the machine, a blue panel fold down. This is a 50 sheet multi purpose tray, and directly below this tray is another, this one holds a massive 250 sheets of paper, and this is the main paper feed for printing off documents. At the top of the printer is where the printed documents come out, this is easier to collect...

...The Office has to be one of the funniest sitcoms of recent times. Any one who has ever worked in an office environment can relate I think to the situations the actors find themselves in and probably have a similar story of their own as well. I think this is one of the reasons why it is so funny and became so successful. The Office I think was different because it approached the sitcom genre in an interesting way by having the format of a documentary. The office in question was that of Wernham Hogg Paper Company based in Slough, Berkshire. The company I work for had decided to standardise all printers to cut costs on toners and so they didn?t need to buy so many different toners. The main printer in use was the HP LaserJet 2420N but this was discontinued and superseded by the HP LaserJet P3005 printers so I decided on this one. The P3005 printers come in several flavours. There?s the P3005 (no network), P3005N (with network) and P3005DN (duplex, with parallel connection and network). All of them have a USB connection. ...it will print it in grey scale. It is very easy to replace the toner. Simply pull down the manual feeder tray, they open the top flap and you will be able to see the toner. There is a ridge in the plastic of the toner which you grab and tug and it will slide out. To put in the new one, simply take the new toner out of its packaging, remove all the red tags and then slide in at a slight angle and push it in until you here a click and it's in. The toner only fits in one way so you will know that it's in correctly. The printer will take a few minutes to load the toner and then it's ready to start printing again. ...you wont even need to install these, and the printer installs its self onto your computer just by plugging it into it. Altogether this is a really good home office or high end home printer, however it is really cheap for a home office printer, the print quality is really good, the speeds are a little slow though, and I dint manage to get more than 9 pages a minute out of it, however it is great for photos, and it has fantastic features built into it, so altogether its worth well more than the price its labelled at....
