Is Baby oil the 'oil' in Oil Of olay

Advantages: can't think of any
Disadvantages: strong thick scent, mineral oil in there, expensive etc.

...I've just got to the end of my bottle of Olay Daily Renewal body wash. Now, I didn't buy it for myself, it was one of the many things that my sister gives me after her skin reacts badly to it. I was half way through the bottle when I started investigating petroleum products/by-products and reluctantly decided to finish the bottle because it is quite expensive. I suppose it goes without saying that I won't be buying it again for the petrolatum (mineral oil/baby oil) reason. On to the product: They have changed the bottle since I was given it, but my bottle is gold black and white. On the front it boasts 40+ uses with the olay puff (any old puff thing you can buy cheaply will do - which is a plastic net that causes foaminess when used with shower products!). Apparently the wash is supposed to give your skin 24hr moisturisation...

...Sounds spanish doesn't it? I have just had a bath and used Oil of Olay Moisturising Body Wash, it made me drift back to my holiday in Florida. It's funny how certain smells remind you of a person or place isn't it? I went to Orlando a few years ago and we had hired a massive villa with three bedrooms, two bathrooms etc. There is only two of us but we like to enjoy the luxury for two weeks at least, as we will never be able to afford this in real life. When I went into the spare bathroom I noticed a sample of Oil of Ulay bodywash. This is what it used to be called before they changed it to Olay. Oil of Olay Provital Energising Face Wash

Advantages: One of the Best Facial Washes Ever.
Disadvantages: Quite expensive but well worth it.

...Oil of Olay's Provital product range is one of the best ranges they have ever bought out. I have recently tried their Energising Face Wash which is specifically designed for the more mature skin. The face wash has a nice cream formula which foams up really well when put on the face, and removes make up and other residues really easy, leaving no trace of makeup especially hard to get off make up like mascara and eye liner. I was very impressed with this product, after using it my skin felt really soft, some facial washes can dry out the skin, but this one works really well, must be the moisturisers that have been added. Although it says its for more mature skin I am only 26 years old, but I use it, and I think this would do quite well to keep the old wrinkles at bay....

Now this is One awsome body wash, Oil of Olay

Advantages: Helps dry skin, acts as a cream and moisturizes your skin.
Disadvantages: Over use in lardge amounts make your skin feel greasey!

...This is one I would recomend to ladies everywhere. This is the first time Ive used this oil of olay body wash in the last couple weeks. I have trouble with dry skin and this is doing wonders for my skin. It doesnt itch eny more and my skin is soft and silky! It has a light scent and makes you feel fresh and clean. It was on sale when I bought it but its regular price is about $4.00? The only thing about it is if you use too much its too greasey and your body feels oily. So mabe use only what you need in small amounts. Try this one for dry skin it works! One more this if you do use to much and your skin becomes too greasey it can get on your clothing and mabe even stain your clothes....

...I have searched for ages for a nail varnish that lasts more than a day, doesn't require three or four coats and dries reasonably quickly. This product fails to achieve many of these, but is still better than most other varnishes. These nail varnishes come in many colours, by and large nice delicate pinks and blues, so if you're looking for hard-core purples or blacks, you won't find them amongst the Olay products. I have a beautiful blue, called Waterfall which looks great on and goes with most things. However, to achieve a reasonable depth, it requires at least two to three coats, but each does dry fairly quickly. I tend to leave each for a minute or two before re-applying and this is enough to be touch dry. The appearance of the nail varnish is really smooth and you can get away without using ridge filler, or even base coat...

40 plus Uses with Olay Puff, my mind boggles.

Advantages: It smells gorgeous
Disadvantages: I am allergic to scented toiletries

It came with a face and body moisturizer and a 'puff' (the best use I have found for the puff is when sponging paint on the wall - but that is a different op!). I was a little disgruntled to say the least. I am on the wrong side of 40, and the bottle says 40+ - bl** cheek! He thinks I am old!! ...I suppose my Mum was the first person in our house to use Oil of Ulay products, it was not until Christmas when I received an Oil of Ulay gift set that I realised how good the product was. When I received the present, I received a scrunchie, with it. It’s common these days to get one with their products. The showergel is so smooth and has such a nice fragrance that it is very nice on your body, I have sensitive skin, and my skin can be easily irritated but with Oil of Ulay products my skin is fine. It’s smooth and cleanses your body instantly. You can really tell when you have used such a product. The good thing is that it lasts a long time, so you can take it on holiday and use it through out without worrying it will finish, as you only need to use a small amount. The scrunchie you get helps as it makes it lasts...
