Massage and sir fry carapelli olive oil!!

Advantages: Great great dishes all the time

...Love it , Love it , Love it!!! I use this oil everyday to stir fry my dishes and to massage my 5 month old baby!! Very insane, but works like magic!!! I was introduced to this fave of mine by a show off friend of mine like a year ago, and immidiately took to it. I use just tea spoonful of it while frying my veg and other stuff but the taste and flavour of it is just awesome. Well, as for using it for massage, My baby went overdue by two weeks and had really dry skin for a long time. I used johnsons baby oil, vaseline but they just didn't seem to work. His skin was peeling and flaking away really bad. I asked my midwife and she told me to try olive oil and since this one was the one in my cooking cupboard, I just went for it. It worked wonders!! My baby's skin cleared and turned really smooth within days!! I still use it to date...

...The brand of this product immediately suggests authenticity and quality and having tried a few different oils Bertolli has a memorable taste and in my opinion ranks as one of the best. On occasions in Summer we will often have olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixed and will use it along side fresh olives and crusty bread as a pleasant starter.Regrettably sometimes the oil used can detract from the overall experience but that is not the case with Bertolli which has, perhaps not an unique flavour, but certainly one that is memorable; certainly memorable enough to use it again and want to seek out the brand in preference to others. The background to the oil that is the company really suggests authenticity with origins in Italy itself rather than perhaps somewhere off the M4,!! I love Italian food and of course olive oil, and I also like garlic so this product appealed to me, it cost £0.98p for a small 125ml bottle. Upon opening the bottle the smell of garlic was very strong. I used some with a simple Italian dish I made 'spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino' which is spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilli, although this was great because I didn't actually have any garlic to use so the product came in very useful. Like the smell, the taste is quite pungently garlic but in a nice way, I found the use of this oil in place of actual garlic to be ideal, the dish was very tasty.
