...I've a confession to make? I'm a bit of a Disney addict, I just love sitting with my children and watching the animated films with them. And today we watched Oliver & Company, the 27th animated classic that was first released in 1988, which just happens to be the year I left school. This is one of the lesser known Disney films and I really believe it deserves a little more attention so I've decided to tell you all about it. ---About the story--- As with many of the better Disney animations, Oliver & Company is based on a classic story, and in this case it's Dickens's novel Oliver Twist. However instead of a little orphan boy, we have an abandoned kitten as our hero. Oliver!

Advantages: Wonderful casting, could see it again and again.
Disadvantages: Some seats, not having a great view.

...Oliver! We went to see the matinee performance Wednesday 21st Jan at the Theatre Royal, Drury Lane, London, what a show! Just get the tube to Covent Garden, walk through the market straight out the back of the market and the theatre is right in front of you. We paid £37-50 each for our tickets in the stalls, which I had brought back in April 08. Our seats where row Y 1 - 3. When booking it did not say that they are limited views, anyone from row W - X - Y and further back would have a job to see the top view of the set. We had to dip our heads to see what was going on on the upper level of the stage and at times quiet disappointing, the rows behind us must have found it even worse and there where another six rows behind. The problem being that the overhang from the floor above blocks out the view of the upper scene on the stage. So...

OLIVE THE SKIN YOUR IN!

Advantages: Instant effect, skin softening, light scent, perfect pick me up.
Disadvantages: A little pricy, not useful for large areas of skin.

...I have loved the Palmers skincare range ever since my boyfriend introduced me about two years ago. He modelled it on the process of a traditional pestle and mortar. Love Oliver

Advantages: great family film, good acting, a classic

...You can?t go wrong with Dickens, he wrote some of the best stories of our times. If he could see how they have now been adapted for film & TV I am sure he would be impressed. By far the best Oliver film is the Mark Lester version. He is a brilliant Oliver and more notably Oliver Reed who portrays Bill Sykes, the evil villain of the piece puts on a very polished performance. The atmosphere of Victorian England is captured well, the sets are excellent and it needs little in the way of any special effects to be a masterful production. An appealing film for all ages you are bound to enjoy this classic. If you can?t find the video of it don?t worry it is usually shown on TV at least once every year and I watch it every time. This film is certainly one that goes into my book of all time greats....

...What does it look like I got a small 60ml bottle and I comes in a see through green plastic bottle with a flip top lid there are a few olives on the right of the label along with the body shop logo on the left and the words Olive glossing shampoo.
