an excellent hotel! a little haven in Africa
Advantages: brilliant location, plenty of facilities, clean.
Disadvantages: food a bit overpriced compared to nearby restaurants
...when and why I went there
In February of this year, myself and about 30 others from University stayed at this hotel for a study trip using the hotel as a kind of base and then going off at various times to explore Gambia and the schools etc. February is quite a nice time to go because this is in the dry season and there are less mosquitoes about.
