One Nation Underground

Advantages: A unique sound and the best album yet.
Disadvantages: A bit messy in places

...One Nation Underground is the third release from Ill Nino. This is yet another step forwards in the Ill Nino sound. The guitars are more complex the drums and percussion are back to full volume after being dissapointingly quiet in "Confession". The album is generally a heavy one with a very high tempo but never delves into the world of thrash. A couple of bad eggs have spoilt what would be one of the best if not the best album of this decade however don't let that put you off as the ratio of good to bad is very high indeed. I've reviewed a few of the songs to give a general idea of the album. I've been as harsh and picky as I can but this is one fantastic album. Nation Building

Advantages: Away from the Discworld, Pratchett continues to examine our own: wry, witty, satirical
Disadvantages: Perhaps a little too gentle for the fans whose focus is purely Disc-bound

And gods do have a tendency to be found wanting on occasion. They serve their purpose ? but what if the purpose mutates, if the need changes? Nation is not as laugh-out-loud funny as my favourite Discworld novels, but is as satirical and clever as the best of them. The humour is wry rather than rowdy. It?s not a film I had heard of before, and the reason I watched it was because it was on the film list for a course I am taking at university. The film is based on a novel by Thomas Dixon called ?The Clansmen?. I had read up a little bit about the film before I started watching it so I wasn?t as surprised as I might have been about the content. ...National Treasure has to be one of my favourite Disney Movies in the last 10 years, and even though I think of myself logically too old for Disney films, this particular film has such a likeable, watchable quality to it, and at times reminds me of my younger years. For me national treasure has everything, action, comedy, family feel movie, yet at the same time not too cheesy. Express around the Nation?

Advantages: cheaper than flying/trains at short notice
Disadvantages: much slower than most other transport options

So as Bolton has no airport, Lydd has no train station but both have bus stops it seems logical that I would consider getting the coach to Bolton. This is as far as I know the only national coach service in the UK (although in Scotland it is run under the City Link name) and is a member of the european Eurolines coach network. I booked my travel using the nationalexpress.com website the site is mildly confusing if you don't want to use one of the their funfare or travel from one of their more popular stops. There are 25 of these points around the country, including a couple in Wales and Scotland, covering the majority of the "big cities". However, some people will not find these collection points convenient (I being one), so your other options are to book at the bus/coach station, or by telephone. Booking by telephone is easy, just phone their booking line (08705 808080) and speak to an assistant. Lines are open seven days a week, from 8am to 10pm, so you should have no trouble getting through. Calls, just so you know, are charged at national rate. The staff are generally very helpful and polite, and I have, as yet, had no trouble with telephone bookings. The other option, as I have said, is to book at a National Express office...
