...The One Touch Ultra is the latest in a string of similar products from the boffins at Lifescan, part of Johnson & Johnson. Like most diabetics, I'm supposed to test my blood sugar upwards of 4 times a day. This is going to be even more important that usual in the coming months, as I'm switching from MDI (multiple daily injections) regime over to an insulin pump at the end of June. The change makes it essential that I test my blood sugars rigorously for as long as I use the pump - which I hope will be forever, or at least until a cure is found. ...The Weber One Touch Silver is pretty much the entry level range of Weber 's BBQ range. I have bought one of these barbecues from www.dawsonsdepartmentstore.co.uk and it came with a free Weber BBQ cover. Weber have called this bbq "One Touch" as inside the bbq are blades which can be turned, using a handle on the outside, to push ash through holes in the base of the bbq into the ash catcher. Thus the One Touch Cleaning system. The difference between the One Touch Silver and One Touch Gold is the ash catcher. On the One Touch Silver the ash catcher is open (the disc at the bottom in the picture), this needs to be emptied every time the bbq is used as the ash can be blown around and can get into the eyes of children and guests if its windy. ...I have owned my Xerox 4800TA OneTouch for a few weeks now and received it as a present (I think around £70.00 was paid). It is available on Amazon for around £68 with free delivery. The scanner looks very good, is streamlined and modern looking with its attractive new slim line design. It has a USB connection but has no alternative of parallel or serial. It has a side opening rather than it being hinged on the short edge which I found much more convenient in the location I keep it in my computer desk (limited room above so less space required for side opening was great). Installation was simple enough and there is a simple step by step instruction sheet included with pictures so even a novice computer user could install this scanner with little or no problem. ...Sugababes, 3 young and fantastic girl singers are Siobhan, Keisha, and Mutya. Their debut album One Touch was released at the end of last year, after the sucsess of their debut single "Overload" which entered the UK charts at number 6. a track by track review. Overload A fantastic start to the album, incredable and original lyrics are used in this great song, which ends with an amazing guitar riff. Interesting fact about the song, it was recorded in one take on a live mic! 10/10 One Foot In A song about complications of a relationship, going out with someone who is all over you one minute and rejects you the next. The girls, being as cool as ever are saying that they arnt gonna take it! Another great song, which is alot of peoples faves. ...Weber One-Touch Platinum Charcoal Barbeque We needed a new Barbeque for a party in a couple of weeks time, so the last few days have been spent carrying out some research into what is available. The first decision was gas or charcoal. I read several barbeque cookbooks and no one really had anything good to say about gas barbeques. Added to this is the hassle and availability of bottled gas in comparison to the ready availability of charcoal. Some of the units are quite large to store when not in use, so you do need to think about how much space you have to store the unit when not in use. We checked the available storage space in the garage and garden shed and decided we could accommodate one of the larger units. ...I needed to extend my storage space on my laptop as I was maxing out its memory with music files. As such I decided to invest in an external hard drive, the Maxtor One Touch 80Gb. When I got it I was apprehensive of what would be required to install the hardware, but a simple fold out poster walked me through the process which amounted to pluggin it in, connecting it to my USB port, inserting a CD into my laptop and then when I had installed the software pressing the magic flashing blue one touch button. This completely backed up my files in about an hour or less, all 20Gb of it. this impressed me greatly, much more simple than I had anticipated. From then it got better, I hadn't expected that the hard drive would be fast enough to allow me to keep my nusic on it without serious lag time when searching and playing music. This couldn... ...This phone is available on Vodafone pre pay (all calls and smartstep), it is also available on Virgin and one 2 one as the Max DB and one touch easy DB respectively. It is, as the DB implies a dual band phone, fully data/fax compatible and comes complete with a speaker phone. The menu system is very simple to use, so carrying the instruction book around is not necessary. One small anomoly is that the "allcalls" instruction book tells you how to set up the hotkeys while the smartstep one doesn't - I know as we bought my Mum in law one and we compared the instruction books!! It is easily done though by scrolling to "numbers" scroll down to "keypad" press the softkey scroll to the hotkey you want 1-9 press the softkey again, enter the name and phone number, or select one from your phonebook, and then press the softkey again... ...I expected it to be, about 15cm high and about 1 1/2 - 2 inches thick. If you are consideing buying a more expensive portable one due to space buy only need it at home then don't bother, its very small. It is silver with a blue stand. I think it is called One Touch because you can back up your files just be pressing the button on the front of the machine, although I haven't used this yet. The button lights up and flashes if it is storing something in the hard drive so you know it is working. It is very quiet and you don't really notice it is on, even in a silent room. It is really easy to use, literally plug it into the mains and another lead into you computer. It is 'Plug and Play' which you means you don't have to load a disc or anything each time you want to use it. Just literally plug it in and it works. Definately... Read review

...Alcatel One Touch Club; This phone, brought to you by Alcatel is a great looker and a small, dinky, cute little phone! The functions are reasonable but, of course are no match for standard Nokia phones. The phone has a great hands free function though which is really useful, effective and it means your friends can hear another talk about them!! It's ringtones are reasonable and it's orange baclight display is effective and looks great! This really is one hell of a great phone!
