...There's nothing like a gorgeous Ploughmans on a lovely sunny day and when I make mine I am always sure to include lots of lovely tasty pickled onions, my favourite being these Silverskin onions from Haywards. According to an article I read, Haywards have been experts in pickling since 1868 so they are definitely doing something right and these onion are really the best on the market in my opinion...
