The futures bright... the futures orange
Advantages: Great service, great offers and great coverage
Disadvantages: slightly pricey
...I have been with orange for many years and have found them to be quite a good service provider.
I first pondered over the many different contracts that they had on offer, confusing myself in the process.
I finally opted for the pay as you go option as, at the time, I only really needed the phone for receiving calls for work and this worked out to be the cheapest option.
Over the years I have stuck with pay as you go, more because of trust and reliability than cost, simply changing my telephone and upgrading my SIM to keep up with the times.
You can simply add credit to your phone by:
A~) Pay point, found at most shops
B~) Vouchers, bought at most shops
Or C~) Cash machines, top up from your bank account.
** THE OFFERS**
Orange PAYG has different pay packages for everyone.

Orange network in general
Advantages: Great contracts on offer, good reception, good service
Disadvantages: Not consistent waiting times when phoning cust services - can wait a while at peak times
...I have been with the Orange network since owning my first mobile phone at the age of 16 (13 years ago) and (touch wood) I have encountered very little problems with them.
At present my partner and I have both our mobile phones and our home broadband with Orange because we believe they offer good customer service as well as cost efficient prices. The Broadband we get from them amounts to just £5.00 with unlimited downloads which is an offer they advertise should you have a phone contract with them. They also offer free internet should you have a contract with them but with limited downloads instead.
Orange offer a wide range of contracts to suit all needs. There are 3 different groups of contract offered by orange which are named Racoon, Dolphin and Panther. Should you be after inclusive text messages then a Dolphin contract would...

Orange Customer Service
Advantages: Good Deals
Disadvantages: BAD network to be on if your in an 12-18month contract
...After being leered into an 18month contract with a FREE PS3 I was utterly disappointed to find that not only did I continuously lose signal when roaming the UK but also, I was given 3 faulty phones by Orange themselves. This was the 1st inconvenience caused as I live an hour away from any Orange Store.
I had contacted Orange customer services several times and received very little help if any! They were slow at getting back to me about my issues raised and told me on one occasion that I would have to phone the helpline up instead of sending an emailing. I was more than happy to do this but spent over an hour on the phone on hold, running up a huge bill which they never apologised for. I was also charged for countless phone calls and texts that i had not actually made or sent.
With only 4 months left remaining until my 18month...

ORANGES AND LEMONS updated
Advantages: Good network coverage, realibility, No service charge.
Disadvantages: see review
...Checking through some of my early opinions (in fact this was my first one), I was shocked to see just how bad they were. No research, plenty of churning, and no spell check through word! Anyhow I have updated this one to a better standard, at least it's gone through word!
Just Talk is a pre paid mobile phone package from the telephone network – ‘orange’. You may recall their adverts with the catch phrase “The futures bright the futures orange”?
Orange offers a range of packages for the non-pre-payment-schemes, and just one or two for them.
With Just Talk you can increase the amount of credit on your phone by either of the following way:
· A swipe ‘top up’ card. Simply take your swipe card to your local outlet and pay them the amount you want added to your phone, and bobs your uncle...

Who wants an Orange
Advantages: Free customer care on contract
Disadvantages: Choice of phones is somewhat limited
...Orange, more than just a colour, more than just a fruit, it?s the name of one of the four main UK mobile communication networks. But is it any good, and if it is, why? I am about to reveal.
Orange offers a stupidly high number of tariffs. In fact, more than any other network. This is because of their value match policy, which means that if you like the look of another tariff on any UK network, they will let you have it on their network. Tariffs change or are updated frequently, information is available from their website, detailed at the end of this review.
Personally I chose the Everyday 50 plan before it was discontinued, although I continue to benefit from it until I choose not to. The Everyday 50 plan gives 50 minutes of off-peak calls every day to other Orange mobiles or non-premium-rate landlines (i.e. local rate and national...

Tango Orange
Advantages: Tasty
Disadvantages: Probably not as good as Fanta...
...Kids today will probably think of Tango as a poor man's Fanta. I remember a time when it ruled supreme, with adverts of men in orange body suits going round slapping people. It was a wonderful time. But has the orange stuff stood the test of time? Can it compete with the Fanta market?
It sprung up controversy recently when it's advertising slogan was "Tango With Added Tango"...nothing untowards there, but as the slogan put the words on top of one another, if you put the first letters of each of the words together then you'll see the problem...see what I mean?!
Tango is simply an orange fizzy drink filled with sugar and sweeteners. on the black and orange can, it does state that 65% of people preferred Tango to other leading orange fizzy drinks in a blind taste test. Why? Well, it's a strong, sweet orange flavour - much better...

Lets All Turn Orange
Advantages: Plenty of freebies
Disadvantages: More expensive than most other networks
...Well where do I start?... I've used most Uk network providers and rate Orange within the top 3.
I've been with Orange pay & go for over a year now and have had some varying degrees of satisfaction with both customer services and the network as a whole.
I'm currently on the same rate 24/7 tariff with bonus top up. Which is all very well and good but its not cheap.
My charges are 15p a minute to land line and other Orange users, and 35p a minute to all other networks and these do not change during peak times.
Bonus topup is where they credit you back with 10% of your total monthly topup.
The bonus topup has a drawback as when it is added to your account it is added seperate from your actual balance and takes priority even when you have brought extras.
Extras are bundles that save you money on their services and are worth...

Orange I glad I subscribed....
Advantages: nice tariffs, excellent customer service most of the time, cheap calls
Disadvantages: customer service occasionally
...- network coverage being a problem once again. I live in a small village with a lot of trees. Trees have a tendency to completely screw up network reception, so when the contract was over, I was happy to get rid of it.
Time for a change, I thought, and started to investigate Orange. As soon as I started reading up on them I was much happier - read on to find out why!
***************PAY AS YOU GO***************
Even with Pay as you Go, Orange gives you flexibility. You can choose from a number of different options to make sure that you're paying for what is convenient for you, whether it be cheaper calls, with no peak and off-peak times, cheaper text messages, choosing your own peak and off-peak times or having fixed call rates all day....the possibilities are endless! And with pay as you go, you get answer phone, WAP access, GPRS...

Pocket Orange!
Advantages: lightweight , compact
Disadvantages: none
...I must say that the Motoroloa 3788m phone which I bought to use on the Orange Just Talk network is an extremely compact and lightweight model indeed.
I previously had a cellnet phone made by Phillips which I had great difficulty in fitting inside standard size pockets on a typical jacket.
I am pleased to report there are no such problems with the Motorola Orange phone.
The phone is also a lot lighter than many mobiles and very durable having been dropped on the floor several times !
So anyone looking for a compact make of phone should after my experience consider the Motorola 3788 and the price is pretty good too .It is possible to pick it up for £30 brand new....

My Experience with Orange
Advantages: Good offers
Disadvantages: Poor customer service
...I have been with orange for around 10 years. At first I started off on pay as you go. All I did was pop the simcard into my phone, register it which was very easy and off I went. Topping it up with £10.00 now and again.
As I got older I used my phone alot more, so these £10.00's now and again were becoming a couple of times a week. That is when I decided to go for an Orange network contract.
From the bit of research I did it looked like Orange had the best deals on for me at the time. They were offering 600 minutes of talk time and unlimited texts for £35.00 a month. Which is great for me as I am a big fan of texting a do it all the time.
It was easy enough to get a contract phone, I went to my local Orange store and they were delighted I was getting a contract. I got to pick my phone of choice, which were all the latest...
