...Before Evanescence made it big in 2003 with what many think of as their debut album "Fallen", the band released this album in 2000. Back then, they weren't very well-known, and the album was only ever released in the UK. I've loved Evanescence ever since I first heard "Bring Me to Life", and so after I'd bought Fallen, and loved it, I searched the internet to find out if they'd done anything else. I came across a few obscure mentions of a CD called Origin, but when amazon didn't turn up anything in a search, I gave up. Back then, you see, (and it's hard to imagine), I didn't know about the wonder that is ebay. Anyway, I digress. So I'd bought Fallen, loved it, and played it again and again over the following couple of years. Then, when I heard that Evanescence were releasing a new album in 2006, I once again searched the internet...

Fit for a Duchess? Duchy Originals Conditioner.

Muse - Origin Of Symmetry

Advantages: Brilliant, energetic music
Disadvantages: Disadvantages?!?

...After recently watching one of the best live performances I've ever seen at Reading Festival this bank holiday weekend, I felt it completely necessary to review what is, in my opinion, Muse's best album to date; Origin Of Symmetry. After the general success of their debut Showbiz, this second album raised them into the high-society of headlining rock music acts. After this weekend's show, it's easy to see why Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenholme and Dominic Howard are thought of so highly. Opener New Born, is simply breath-taking. The piano introduction builds the song up perfectly, with Bellamy's eerie vocals - Thom Yorke-esque at times - acting as a perfect compliment. Then it all happens. Advantages: Authentic taste,delicious and healthy.
Disadvantages: Not suitable for Gluten,Cow's milk & Nut alllergies.

St. Elmo's Fire - Original Soundtrack

Advantages: Excellent Movie Sountrack.
Disadvantages: None!

...memories of this movie and of the time it was released in the charts to me and I just love recalling it all. This track was released in 1985 and reached number 15 in the billboard charts. The music video to accompany this love song was taken from clips of the St Elmo's Fire movie also. This is an excellent track, that?s an all time favourite to me. Overall Opinion Of St Elmo's Fire Soundtrack. Well as you have probably gathered from reading this review, I really love this soundtrack a lot. I have had this original one for over twenty years. Original smooth operator.

Advantages: Smell, smoothness.
Disadvantages: None at all.

...I hate shaving, I hate the mundanity of it, I hate the cuts, I hate the fact I have to! On top of all that I am useless at it, which considering I have been doing it for 30 years, is pretty poor really. Generally I use an electric razor but every now and then, about twice a month I have a 'proper' shave. I have never found a razor I liked, and never found a shaving foam/cream/gel I liked, until now! I do like the Original Source range, the shower gels and the shampoo's so when I saw a shaving gel, I thought I would give it a try. I've done a number of CD's and DVD's, but no books....but I fancied a book with a difference, and then happened to stumble across Schott's Original Miscellany.... Ben Schott conceived and wrote this book in 2002, with an updated version coming in 2003 making a couple of amendents to any potential errors in the original version. Quite simply it is the perfect book for anyone, like myself, who loves useless information... Brought from Ottaker's for £9.99 in hardback with dust cover, these 158 pages of information, is the so-called gospel of pub quiz knowledge, or just something to impress your friends with! For starters, the opening slice of information regards the terminology of "Golf Stroke Nomenclature" - the names of the shots in golf for you...

...I am a big fan of the Origins Perfect World range, having used the White Tea Skin Guardian for a number of years now, so when my frankly not very impressive Clinique moisturiser ran out recently, I knew I wanted to invest in the Perfect World Moisturiser. The Perfect World range is packed with more antioxidants than you can shake a stick at. The ingredients in this are intended to work to help detoxify skin from harmful free radicals (the nasties that make you age quicker) before they can cause any oxidation, dehydration or irritation. It's formulated without Parabens (I'll get onto those later), synthetic colour or fragrance or animal ingredients and isn't tested on animals so like all Origins products, very ethical. Review of Origins A Perfect World Moisturiser

Symmetrically Originated Differently

..., instrument wise, and use different techniques to gain a different and refreshing sound for their tracks. Mission accomplished, a good example is in ‘Bliss’. I do not know what it is with Muse, but I notice the bass a lot more than with ‘normal’ kind of bands like Green Day, Blink 182 etc. The bassist must be pretty smug that he gets so much notice. The bass riffs are heard clearly throughout the album, and seem to act as a main guitar on some tracks, seeming to take the part of lead guitar with some very prominent notes. A cover. No, not the inlay yet, but a cover song. Bellamy reaches a note to make you cringe, and it is generally just a heavier, ‘rockier’ version of the original (the artist I cannot find, but do recognise the song) which is done very well. There are some songs you just do NOT touch...
