Advantages: Great quality, nice price Disadvantages: 15"
...This monitor is no longer on sale, but my personal opinion of it is that it is great.
At just over a £100, it provides great quality, with good contrast and OSD settings to adjust any errors. The screen is almost flat, and the black is very black, and white is very white, so colours are very clear.
It offers a resolutions of up to 1024x768 with a super refresh rate of 85Hz, rather than what I used to use at 60Hz, which really damages your eyes.
A great monitor for word processing, games, and the internet....

Review of Belinea 10 50 35
Advantages: Lots of options to perfect the image display, reliable Disadvantages: Was quite expensive
...This is an excellent 17" monitor which I have had for about 4 years now. Although at the time it was very expensive, it has proven to be a very good investment as 17" monitors are now becoming the standard, which means that more and more web pages and games will be designed for higher and higher resolutions.
The monitor has lots of tools in its OSD (on screen display) for perfecting the picture display, such as trapezoid, top, central and bottom pin cushion adjustments, display rotation, colour separation levels, Moire pattern clear, etc. Of course it also has the usual brightness, contrast and colour adjustments.
I have not had a single problem with this monitor, and it gets a fair bit of use. When it finally does give up, or it's time to upgrade, I will definitely look at a Taxan again....
Advantages: Perfect-flat CRT screen with everything going for it. Disadvantages: A bit expensive - but then, that's what you pay for quality - and, well, it's a CRT, so it's not wall-hangable
...Iiyama are the only brand of monitors I have ever bought (independantly, not those bundled with computers), and are truly excelent. They are very high quality products, and this is no exception - but it is an exceptional 19" monitor. The picture quality is fantastic, the OSD is quick and easy to use, the dot pitch is quite good, the refresh rate is great (I cannot use monitors with refresh rates of less than 75Hz, and prefer 85+), and the screen resolution maximum is also very good. As is often said but far too infrequently said, as the monitor is the part of the computer you look at 99% of the time at a computer, it's worth getting a good one, that won't tire your eyes. And this is one of the best, I assure you....
Advantages: High refresh rates, it's not to bad for a 15" shadow mask monitor Disadvantages: it's not a great 15" shadow mask monitor, 15" monitors aren't that great anyway.
...The MF-8515G doesn?t do the name iiyama justice. The monitor has poor power regulation, which means the picture resizes when the screen moves from large amounts of white to large amounts of black on the screen. The contrast is also quiet poor, though bear in mind I am writing this on the iiyama Vision Master pro 410 (Also known as the a702-ht for no apparent reason) which is the finest monitor known to man as far as I?m concerned, so anything else looks poor! In it?s favour it does have a good OSD by iiyama standards, though it?s still the area iiyama constantly loose out in, and it has good refresh rates for a 15? monitor. All the same, have a look around before buying this....
Advantages: Very light, very good picture quality, speakers on a monitor which actually sound good Disadvantages: The OSD is a bit buggy, the choice of resolutions is quite poor, expensive
...Having owned this monitor for a couple of years, it has overall ben quite impressive to use it. The picture quality is very good, and when a TV or games console is connected to it the picture quality does not suffer. I have however found quite a few annoyances with this monitor.
The main problem is the OSD - when you want to switch between PC, TV, AV1 etc. on the monitor, the text from the OSD often stays in the corner saying "PC" or "TV". This can be quite distracting. The main OSD works well as a whole though, and has all the default options for adjusting contrast, brightness, the screen size etc. The other problem related to the screen is that the auto adjust can sometimes not work as well, and cause problems with screen positioning, which is a problem when paying this price.
The TV-in and Video-in plugs for this monitor work...

Review of Relisys RLT1720
Advantages: Abilty to run computers of a single monitor Disadvantages: very deep and heavy so make sure you work desk is sturdy
...After having this monitor for about 6 months now i cant say a bad word against it.
With the ability to run two separate computer systems off a single monitor is a great advantage when you workspace is limited. This is just a simple matter of plunging in the right connector on the back ( A or B) and with a simple press of a small button you are able to change between displays.
The sweet spot for this monitor is 1,600 x 1,200 at 85Hz and is the resolution that i personal recommend you use.
There are 5 button located on the front of the monitor one for power, one for display signal and 4 for the on screen display (OSD), this make it very simple for anyone to use.
The OSD is very simple to use and offers a lot of options so you can tailor the display to just how you like it...
Advantages: great display, two inputs Disadvantages: Not cheap, On Screen Display was designed by a gibbering maniac
...two switch between the two you have to navigate the On Screen Display (OSD) and it is a complete and utter nightmare to get around. You get three buttons which navigate you through a total of 25 menus! The adjustments are split into four groups and each function has it?s own separate submenu. Bleugh! Luckily, once the monitor is setup you shouldn?t have to go near the OSD. Overall it?s a stunning, if a touch pricey monitor....
Advantages: Slim and small, looks stylish and good Disadvantages: OSD looks rubbish and very basic
...' end DVD players, but having seen the OSD on the DVD/Video combi unit, it makes me wonder why they didnt use that OSD instead.
The video/DVD combi has a 3D type display, with high resolution graphics and looks like a computer screen. This advanced OSD would have suited this DVD player alot better.
The other downside i found was that the manual said the player will play everything from DVD, MP3, Audio, VCD and SVCD, although i had problems trying to get it to play a video CD (SVCD) but it may have been because my sample was a very early release player.
Nevertheless, this is one stylish and great looking player, with good performance and not bad price wise if you shop around. Sanyo products are very well manufactured and this player is no exception!...

Review of Sanyo DVD SL20
Advantages: Great quaility picture, wide angle viewing, comparitivly cheap Disadvantages: None i have come across
...speakers and an audio output to connect to external speakers.
It has a matt black surround and silver line along the bottom which breaks up into the different screen controls such as power. The very edge is surrounded in a well concieved glossy black that gives the monitor a little tweak that makes it look professionally stylish.
The monitor can be pulled out of the box and with one click into is stand be ready to use. The on screen display (OSD) is easy to get to grips with and has five built-in viewing settings that alters the contrast, brightness and colour to suit your needs, being very simple to switch between. These make it simple to watch movies and play games in all their glory....
