Good Starter Projector

...When Amateur Photographer provided a free roll of Kodak Elite Chrome ExtraColour slide film last year, I decided to make the leap into slide photography. I shot the roll quickly and bought a small slide viewer to see the pictures. I was so impressed with the quality of slide film that I had to see them projected. So, I went looking for a basic starter projector. What I found was the Leica P150. The P150 was reasonably priced and I did want to buy anything too fancy to start. The P150 comes with an 85mm lens which is perfect for home viewing. The P150 also comes with a wired remote to change slides. My issues with the P150 revolve around usability. Professional images of Nemo ~ EASY ....

Advantages: Underwater housing, small, cheap cards, easy to use.
Disadvantages: Time delay between pressing the button and camera taking the photo.

An Olympus or a Sony ~ my analysis of the market was based around the size of the camera, the size of the housing, the simplicity of the housing, the ability to use the buttons and knobs on the housing underwater, and of course the number of mega pixels. At the time the Cybershot P200 had just come onto the market. The P200 has a bigger screen but pretty much all of the same features. What it doesn't have is an underwater housing, and what is more, it's not going to have. I didn't like the look of the Olympus underwater housings; they were much squarer and fatter and seemed altogether a lot more cumbersome. Perfect pocket camera

Advantages: Brilliantly compact quality camera
Disadvantages: Nothing for the money/size

...What I wanted from the P150, and, I imagine, what most people would want from this sort of product, is decent quality picture-taking from something that you'll carry everywhere. The Sony is no EOS 20 but you probably won't be lugging the EOS around the moment you want a picture. What I was looking for was a top quality camera that I would always have "about my person" and one that could partner the Digital SLR. The DSC-P150 fits the bill perfectly. You are never going to get the quality you would from something with decent-sized optics, but the Sony manages to give as much as you could reasonably expect, and then moreso, as it doubles as a pretty good mini video camera with the VX Fine mode 640x480 30fps video option (with the PRO stick). The Smart Snap!

Advantages: Fantastic photos, easy to use, long lasting battery
Disadvantages: supplied memory stick has very little memory!

...Before Christmas I really wanted a digital camera that would last me, something up to date and of good quality! Luckily Santa left this excellent piece of equipment in my socking! I'm no expert when it comes to digital cameras, but if I had to recommend a camera to anyone it would certainly be the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-P150! In comparison to other digital cameras, this Sony is not the smallest; however it is light and the rectangular shape allows it to fit easily into your pocket. I have also found, that being no whizz when it comes to technology, I could work this little piece of machinery with little help from the instruction manual. It is simple to turn on, and takes little effort to learn how to take pictures and capture movies. The thing that makes this camera excellent is its quality! the 7.2 mega pixels option on this...

I love this camera!

Advantages: Amazing quality photos, simple to use, good size.
Disadvantages: Night shots aren't wonderful and supplied memory card is no good.

I wanted a well-known brand so that if I ever encountered problems I'd be able to fix them no matter where I was. Cheap but useful

Advantages: Not too many buttons
Disadvantages: No analogue stick

...I bought this pad 6 monthss ago now, but it is still very good. It was extremely simple to install because the instructions that came with it were very helpful. It is an amazing game for sports games in general, you can control games such as fifa, and pro evoltion very easily. One of the bad points about the pad is the fact that it doesnt have an analogue stick, you can only use the D-pad which in some games is very annoying. So if you are planning on buying a pad for a 3d platform game then this isnt the pad for you. There is also a compatibility problem, it is not a widely used gamepad and is not compatible with many of the ports from consoles and the P.C. I like the fact that there are only 8 buttons on this pad, unlike other P.C pads at the moment that have thousands of buttons, this is a very simple but effective design...

...Walking through the aisles at sainsburys, you may be struck by the relative cheapness of Sainsbury's own brand chocolate chip cookies, but you are equally likely to be deterred by as your are attracted to the price. There is no need to be worried, these cookies are simply fantastic, and at 75p for 400g, these cookies represent far better value than the Maryland variety, which in Sainsburys at the time of writing cost 78p for 150g. The 'Taste the Difference' range and those cookies found near the bakery also seem very over-priced when compared to this product. You may notice the prices listed here are a little different from other reviews, they do seem to have increased disproportionately from other cookies and snacks from the time they wrote their reviews.
