...Today was my first day at the college after the easter holidays, i was feeling a bit gloomy in the morning but as soon as i got to college my gloomy mood was swept away by a brand new P900 of my friend. ...This is my second Sony Ericsson handset.I have been using the P800 for a year and decided to get a P900.I bought mine off Ebay two months ago.A brand new p900 for £170, a bargain!. Sonyericcson are finally clawing away at Nokia’s monopoly of the mobile phone market and in the race to create the perfect smartphone, Sonyericcson are first over the line for once. The P900 is the first phone to combine all the mobile functions possible i.e tri-band, polyphonic tones, camera and video, colour screen, bluetooth, data connectivity, gaming and mp3 player with fully intergrated Personal Digital Assistant functions. Advantages: This phone does everything - PDA and phone in one.
Disadvantages: Slghtly clumsy interface sometimes

...If you want a phone that will do everything then get this. It has good functionality. It has a camera and a video recorder, will playback videos, mp3 and wma files and comes with a stereo headset, you can view word and excel files, send and receive e-mails, browse the internet, send sms, ems and mms, play games, and, most importantly, use it as a phone. The only drawbacks are its sometimes clumsy interface and size. It is not a small phone, however the folddown keypad help reduce the size and it is smaller than the P800. The interface is sometimes awkward, but in general I think it is a very well rounded and useful device. If you want a combined PDA and phone this is the one to get.... Read review

...I love mobile phones and been a P900 user for almost a year and last week got upgraded to this phone. Functionality The very first day the phone got hung 5-6 times it is very very slow when u compare it with P900, to be honest my P900 opened applications faster. I also didn’t like the first extra page they have added in it when u opens the flip, the image in the background is some wot stretched. Qwerty Keyboard Frankly I have not found this Qwerty keyboard at all useful a big waste as does not light up as there is no light in the keyboard so in the dark u can’t use it rest u can understand. Battery The appalling battery life says don’t buy it as if you play with it den u have it charge it daily. GPRS While connected to Internet, incoming calls are not available. ...The Sony Ericsson P900 is truly an all-in-one device! I use the PDA functions extensively to organise my day-to-day life, ie schedule organising, short reminder notes. It has also served as a great entertainment device, where I've used it extensively to listen to music while moving around, and when I am away from home on a trip without any other means of entertainment then the games I have on the phone are great! Internet surfing is also good with this device - almost like surfing on the computer, albeit at a slower rate. The battery life is quite decent as well, since I use the phone extensively all the time and I get 2-3 days of usage before needing to recharge - I believe you can squeeze out at least a week's worth of power if you don't use it for anything but a phone or idling! ...I got this lovely phone last year on the Boxing Day through Phones4u, and till today i'm in love with this phone. though i have got P910i last month but i still think P900 is better than P910i as P910i is very slow compare to p900. This phone (p900) has everything you need. The look is ok but it has all the good features that u need 2 have plus its linking with computer is simply great. Also the sound quality and clarity is unbelievably good +++. This phone is very very user friendly and i think this is the best phone around. Chess n Solitaire games are simply wonderful. The touch screen makes it more powerful and if you start to use this phone then I'm 100% sure u will not like to use any other phone as this phone makes u very lazy cos it has so much in it, like if u want to a message i think it will take you less than minute to do... ...and business men, it gets the nod, and the titanium casing on it is pointless when its painted black anyway. Feature wise,this phone is very poor. Bluetooth works OK when paired with the correct devices. But, and this is a big but, for the price, the Sony Ericsson P900 is available, which has more functions and features on it than you can shake a stick at. The 8910i is nice for a poser, but for me, the P900 wins every time I need a serious phone to use. P900 can be used as a mobile theatre with the right software! The 8910i is just another very basic phone in a nice looking exterior!... Read review

Really and truly i do think that P900 is a nice phone if you dont mind the size etc etc...But i do and i need a small travel freindly phone and the 6600 is an ACE phone, travel freindly, got evrything i need and its a NOKIA!!!
