Pricey! Paco Rabanne XS Pour Elle

Advantages: Long lasting and beautiful fragrance
Disadvantages: Price!!!!

...Reason For Purchasing: Well I was bought this Paco Rabanne Xs Elle Eau De Toilette Spray as a gift from my Mother, the Christmas before last. I had never tried or even thought of trying this fragrance out before as I have always associated Paco Rabanne fragrances with men really and did not even realise Paco Rabanne made women's fragrances until just over one year ago. Well I actually received this Eau De Toilette Spray in a beautiful gift set with a bottle of body lotion and some matching shower gel so it really was a nice gift to receive for Christmas as I love perfumes and their bottles (probably more) so even if the fragrance was not to my taste, at least I had a nice perfume bottle to add to my growing collection on my dressing table and Bathroom shelves. PACO RABANNE STILL COOL

Advantages: Used as it should be, it should last you a long time.
Disadvantages: Even slightly too much=WAY OVERPOWERING.

.... This gives it a simple but very stylish look. Compared to some of the other, older fragrances such as hugo boss, essentially, it is all down to what sort of fragrance you want for a particular occassion. I would stay away from this if you want something casual or for anytime, I think Paco would best be used for formal and special occassions, and if the lady (or man) in your life particularly likes you very masculine, then this is great. Overall, a long staying fragrance, which I personally find very pleasant. Just be careful, used overly and you smell highly volatile!...

...I first came across this when I received a free sample of it, When my husband put some on instead of the usual yeah it's okay he said this is really nice much better than anything else he had tried and I had to agree with him. I find most mens fragrances a bit too strong and "woody" but this is quite subtle not overpowering at all. It is extremely difficult to describe the smell of something but it is gentle , clean and for some reason it reminds me a bit of the smell you can sometimes get from lipstick. It has a floral note, a hint of sweetness a fruity kick and spicey overtones and definitely a fragrance I would say either gender could wear. The smell of violets

...One day whilst sitting in my office I noticed a nice smell in the office, it reminded me of something but I couldnt quite make it out, then I saw one of my colleagues take out a strange bottle from her bag and I just had to ask what it was she told me it was Ultra Violet by Paco Rabanne so I asked for a squirt and fell in love with it. Ultra Violet was launced by Paco Rabanne in 1999 and comes in a round bottle with a glass bottom and a silver top, around the middle is a white soft plastic/rubbery type band where the spray comes out from, you just hold the bottle in your hand and press down on the silver top two or three squirts does the trick. ...I recently went out for the night with a friend and she asked me if I would put a bottle of perfume in my bag, because her bag was too small, mine is big enough for the kitchen sink! She took the perfume out with her instead of using a bodyspray. Happy to oblige I put the perfume in my bag, it was Ultraviolet by Paco Rabanne. My first thought was, oh doesn't that look fun! The bottle was really unusual, it was round in shape and the top half was silver and the bottom was glass with pink liquid inside. Perfectly Purple Superbly Sexy

...looks gorgeous half glass and half silver metallic and the perfume itself is a bright purple colour. It is a rounded bottle though which means you can't stand the bottle on a dressing table which is a bit annoying. I found this paragraph on the internet that explains some of the different fragrances that make up Ultraviolet. "Ultraviolet by Paco Rabanne celebrates the intimacy and reality of a woman's life as she and her family truly live it.
