Reviews of panasonic lcd
do only looks matter???
Review of Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX33 by
reemi
Advantages: sleek, elegant, sharp, attractive
Disadvantages: picture quality is not that good
...Panasonic has dissappointed us with this product of theirs. It Simply doesnt look to be Panasonic. I have used many 8 mega pixel cameras and this seems to be the worst one. But if you go for the looks and easy handling camera than you could have this as your choice. It has a stylish slim compact body and a wide angle Leica DC lens that can fit a wide image, but you can get this better with a Sony cybershot photography camera, but the cybershot wont be this stylish. Panasonic have got a great feel to the body i must say. It attracts you the moment you see it. A big Lcd adds to the looks. But if Panasonic works on the function aswell as the form, then i suppose there is going to be nothing like this. To people who wana buy this, i would recommend a Cybershot...

Panasonic sc pt450 WOW WOW WOW
Review of Panasonic SC PT450 by
liamwhitney
Advantages: Superior power (1000watts), stylish, HDMI upscaling, AV inputs
Disadvantages: None
...there was no distortion just clear crisp quality sound.
The sony was close but it only has 850 watts where the Pansonic boasts a massive 1000 watts this factor sold it to me in the first place the samsung only has 800 and the phillips 600 so on power the panasonic by far
The very helpful man in currys played a dvd through them all and again the Panasonic stood out for the sharpest picture through the impressive 1080i HDMI upscaling feature, this system also has av inputs so you can watch your Sky/Virgin tv and play the sound in Surround sound even the Sony doesnt do this, the phillips does BUT can you really sacrafice a massive 400watt power loss by not having the panasonic
This will truely be the best £150-£200 you will ever spend for a complete home theatre experience trust me you will not be dissapointed, a really exciting addition to any Plasma/ LCD...

Excellent Plasma
Review of Panasonic TH-42PX70 by
psilk
Advantages: Stylish, excellent picture and very good price
Disadvantages: Digital sources are better viewed through matching DVD recorder
...Stylish looking TV especially when paired with the panasonic stand.
After considering whether to but LCD or Plasma went for plasma after seeing how unwatchable a water skier was on LCD. the plasma screens where so much smoother an panasonic is a leader in its field.
The TV comes with 2 HDMI sockets, 2 Scarts and a composite input which is pretty good. It doesn't have the SD slot of the next model up but no huge loss but does have the Viera link to panasonic DVD recorders which simplifies operation immensely
It's easy to install and set up and the picture quality is amazing, vivid colours and deep rich blacks. Although not full HD, most people would never know the difference and quality on SD is pretty good too. Sky works very well but I have found that the terrestrial digital channels are better viewed from a matching panasonic DVD...

Great pictures, Great Buy!
Review of Panasonic NV-DCF7E by
Garza007
Advantages: Good quality
Disadvantages: a bit expensive
...I was recently looking for a digital camera, now I have found it, the Panasonic NV-DCF7E is the perfect digital camera.
I uses a 8 mb memory card which can be removed and you can insert another one and carry on taking photos.
This digital camera simply connects to your pc via a serial interface and all you have to do is upload your photos from the camera onto your hard-drive.
The Panasonic NV-DCF7E has a 1..8" TFT LCD monitor which is perfect to view existing photos on your memory card.
This camera is fairly small, 118 mm x 66 mm x 52 mm and it is very light, approx. 370 g.
There's room for two CompactFlash cards at the same time in the Panasonic NV-DFC7E. The 1.3 megapixel camera can take still pictures....

This has to be the best LCD TV I have seen
Review of Panasonic TX-32LXD700 by
fatboyslim
Advantages: Ease of use, superb picture quality, superb sound quality
Disadvantages: NONE
...be suitable for games console use to which he replied "IF YOU HAD ASKED ME THIS QUESTION 4 YEARS AGO THEN I WOULD HAVE SAID NO BUT NOW IMAGE BURN / IMAGE RETENTION IS NOT AN ISSUE NOW, SO I CAN RECOMMEND THIS PLASMA TV FOR GAMES CONSOLE USE". So I went ahead and purchased the Plasma TV, I had been playing on Formula 1 Championship Edition for NO MORE than 90 minutes which personally I do not find to be a long time and should not have resulted in my Plasma TV getting image burn.
Upon switching back to normal TV, to my horror I could see on the dark scenes of the program I was watching the speedometer from the Formula 1 racing game, I thought to myself it will probably be a temporary thing and give it a day and it will be gone, but it was not, so that’s what made me take the Plasma TV back and get the Panasonic TX-32 LXD700 LCD TV instead which IMO...

Panasonic SJMR200
Review of Panasonic SJ-MR200 by
Lisa2
Advantages: compact, light, large display, backlighting remote, excellent sound quality on both playback and recording.
Disadvantages: Low quality case
...I'd rate this very highly among portable MD recorders. The smallest and lighest of it's kind when purchased a few months ago, it is extremely user friendly, with a variety of recording options and capabilities to suit both the gadget expert and phobic. Straightforward, easy reading instructions to enable you to get to grips with its capabilities. and comes complete with its own backlighting remote and large double line LCD display, it is suitable for use just about anywhere. And with 40 second anti-shock and long battery life, I can take it jogging too! With superb recording and playback quality the SJMR200 can easily be connected to most hi-fi's for both purposes. A reasonable price, lying in the middle of it's range I would whole-heartedly reccommend this product to anyone....

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55
Review of Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX55 by
danre08
Advantages: Smal and compact. Great picture Quality.
Disadvantages: screen can be rather difficult to see.
...I recently bought this camera as an upgrade for my more older 3MP camera, and i was very stunned by its quality of pictures. its boasts a stunning 3 inch LCD screen, which is just perfect for a camera of this size. the camera comes with a leica lens capable of shooting beautifull wide angle pictures. This Camera only weighs only 143 grams. The camera is a great entry level camera and is great for taking those everyday pictures. At full image resolution the camera has an average ISO of around 1600, alowing darker pictures to be more clear. i would recomend this camera to anyone looking to upgrade from an old 3/4MP camera to this stunning piece of technology. Yet another great addition the the FX range....

Panasonic Portable DVD player Review.
Review of Panasonic DVD-LS 80 by
phil124lufc
Advantages: Great if you work away.
Disadvantages: Battery life
...The Panasonic LS80-K is quit a stylish little portable DVD player with its black interior and silver housing this looks the business. And not only does it look the business but it is and I can gladly say that the Panasonic LS80-K portable DVD player also delivers. Perfect for those who live on the move a lot such as contract workers or truck drivers. But you don't have to live on the move to appreciate owning one of these I for instance have used it on many occasions when on long fishing or camping trips. I must admit that not all my fishing trips are packed with activity so this is good to keep you entertained.
Some of the main features include an 8.5 inch LCD screen, with DVD player which can play DVD-R, DVD+RW, DVD+R, DVD-RAM. The Panasonic LS80-K will also play all of your DivX films as well as JPEG, VCD and most other media...

Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX01 - BEST CAM OUT THERE!
Review of Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX01 by
Luna_star
Advantages: High quality images, Optical image stabilisation, wide angle lens, compact, light, easy to use
Disadvantages: Perhaps a tad small, noise level.
...angle lens is a great feature, fiting more in to your image. The lower the mm with cameras, the larger the lens is. If compared with a model that has a 32mm lens, the Panasonic has a wider lens
The lens itself, made by Leica (German) is the Bently of lens's when it comes to cameras. Leica wrote to all the companies making digital cameras and chose Panasonic to work with over other brands due to their reliability and good workmanship!
The body of this model is sturdy and is nearly all metal apart from the battery door.
2.5" LCD screen is on the back. Very bright and clear.
The controls are easily located on the top of the camera using a small dial operated with your finger.
No viewfinder - most cameras Ive seen do not come with one as standard these days anywhere.
SD Card compatable.
250 shots can be taken on a full battery...

digital cameras - evolution not revolution
Review of Panasonic DMC-LC80EG-S by
cootuk
Advantages: Quality Leica lens with good image processing
Disadvantages: fairly basic controls, no case included
...I have a 2MP digital camera but was getting tired of having little leeway in cropping pictures before printing them and still retaining acceptable image quality. I therefore was looking for a 4MP or above camera. Looking at the point-and-shoot type (I'm not in to messing with F-stops and shutter speeds) I narrowed the list down to three that had been highly recommended by 'What Digital Camera' magazine. The 5MP Panasonic LC80 was one of these, and is a camera that has evolved over a few facelifts. The other two were the Canon W1 and the Nikon 5200.
The Panasonic stood out because it is easily obtainable for under £200, it uses AA batteries rather then Li-ion (one of these can set you back £30 for a decent brand), and Panasonic were also bundling a free 128MB SD card as well as the usual 16MB card. More savings. This made the total...
