Yes, it has the requisite twin Freeview tuners to allow it to record one programme whilst you watch another, but no, it has nowhere to store the recordings?..yet. It's not called "Barebone" for nothing. You, see, it has no hard drive, so calling it a PVR straight from the box is a bit of a misnomer, some might say economical with the truth...
