* The PANASONIC Viera Duckworth likes. . .
Advantages: Brill picture, brill sound. Flat as a pancake.
Disadvantages: Price!!!

Size matters - 50 inches remember, the screen is measured diagonally. It is of course HD ready. The average sized remote control is a doddle to use. (I was half expecting it to be as big as a keyboard)
The weight is just under 40 Kgs,

Panasonic Plasma TV - 42 inch Viera One Glass
Advantages: Too many to list
Disadvantages: pricey
...When looking for TV's these days, it helps to have research done as what the TV's are all about these days, what you get for your money, and how technically minded you are,
Today, you either get Plasma or LCD with most of the old Cathode Ray Tubes(CRTs) phased out.
One such model is PZ800B model 42 inch made by Panasonic. This range of TV is claimed to be the top of the award winning VIERA range from Panasonic. If you do not want to comprimise on quality, then believe this is the TV you want to go for.
SIZE
This model is 42 inch and also available in 50 inch. So when choosing any TV, make sure it fits! Unless of course you hang with a wall bracket on the wall.
APPEARANCE
Panasonic call this design 'one sheet of glass' and boy you can really appreciate it when you place it on the purpose built stand...

Panasonic nearly perfect as usual
Advantages: excellent picture, lots of inputs and very stylish
Disadvantages: not great sound
...The Panasonic Viera is truly a great TV, and as usual, I had looked around many review websites before I finally settled on this product. It really is 42 inches of viewing pleasure, especially with it being 1080p, which really gives a crisp and clear picture.
For all the techies out there who love the specifications, it comes with 2 scart inputs and 3 HDMI inputs and a contrast ratio of 30000:1 which makes it ideal for those that like to hook their xBox up to the television.
The television itself is extremely easy to set up and is very stylish in appearance and the colour reproduction and black levels are second to none, it genuinely is an excellent television.
The only slight downside is that the sound isnt amazing from the television speakers, but this is to be expected i suppose - you really need to invest in a good surround...

Panasonic Lumix TZ6, Versatile compact with great image quality
Advantages: Fantastic little camera with 12 x zoom & 10.1MP (better than TZ5), but cheaper than TZ7
Disadvantages: No HD movie mode, not very cheap
...The Panasonic Lumix TZ6 is a great little camera that I have used to compliment my large DSLR (a Nikon D90 I have also reviewed), which is too big and expensive to be taken everywhere.
Specification
The TZ6 is compact camera with 10.1 MP, which is plenty of pixels for all but the larger prints and harshest crops. This means that in normal conditions there will never be pixelation, in fact too many megapixels squashed onto a sensor can actually reduce the image quality. The most important feature of this camera is the 12x zoom, 25mm wide angle, Leica lens. Leica is a quality brand, and this lens is no exception, it produces quality images and the lens slides out of the camera quickly and smoothly. There is no lens cap, but slide across covers, as in most other digital compacts.
Design
For such a versatile camera, it is...

Panasonic Lumix FS7
Advantages: Perfect picture
Disadvantages: None
...I have just replaced my Fuji fine pix with another camera, and whilst buying my boyfriend bought himself a Lumix FS7 which I am now regretting not getting for myself. Always the way, but whenever I go shopping for something electrical, some guy in a suit always sways me towards something different. Which I should really learn from and just buy online, its usually cheaper anyway.
The Panasonic Lumix FS7 Digital camera comes in a range of different colours; it cost £130 which for a 10.1 Megapixel camera was pretty good and the deal we got meant that a free case came with it as well as an additional memory card. So there were no qualms on the price.
10.1 Megapixels
Right away we was impressed with the quality of the images this camera was taking, I also test the pictures out on phones and cameras by taking one scenic photo, a photo...

Panasonic Lumix TZ6 - metal-bodied compact zoom
Advantages: Sturdiness, Ease of use, Autofocus Tracking
Disadvantages: Overshadowed by the TZ7, Tries to do everything for you
...I always find it a little strange when a company releases two similar models at the same time, especially when the price difference is only around £40. The Panasonic Lumix TZ6 and TZ7 are similar stable-mates, with the TZ7 being the superior of the two.
Having said that, the extra features of the TZ7 are things I can quite comfortably live without, such as the superior video capability with stereo sound, an HDMI output, and the ability of the camera to recognise up to 15 of your friends when they appear in a picture. Why would I want that? I don't have 15 friends - and even if I did, I'm sure I could remember them myself!
The TZ6 is aimed at people who want to take nice pictures but don't really want to know how those pictures are achieved. Almost everything is designed to be automatic and intuitive, and there is some pretty...

I Admit It, I'm A Panasonic Loaf Lover!
Advantages: Gorgeous bread, easy to make, easy to use, cheap bread, healthier
Disadvantages: Initial outlay but worth the investment.
...We were bought a Delonghi bread maker for Christmas but found that when we opened it, it felt like a piece of cheap tat? certainly not something I'd have thought would be the case with a Delonghi product. I had a look on the Argos website and spotted that the Panasonic SD255 machine had a brilliant 5/5 star rating and was selling at £97.89 - only approximately £5 more than the cost of the Delonghi one, so we exchanged the Delonghi machine for the Panasonic one and are so glad we did; I shall proceed to tell you why.
Firstly, it's so easy to operate? I was very apprehensive that I'd end up choosing the wrong settings thus making brick loaves that tasted awful or were completely inedible; it's for this reason that my first couple of loaves were made from shop bought bread mixes so that I'd have less chance of messing them up. Those...

Wow!
Advantages: Great value, good picture and stereo sound quality, huge screen
Disadvantages: None for me, yet.
...Please note that the Panasonic television reviewed in this atricle is actually the:-TH42PX80B, and so the specification may be a little different to the own shown on Ciao for the product. However the Ciao site would not let me add the product in this review so I have picked the nearest code, hoping that this review will still be helpful to the consumer.
* A little background to the purchase.........
I know this will sound sad bu,t on Christmas Day afternoon, I went on-line and bought a television. I had not really planned to do this but Hubby and I had been thinking about up grading our old television for quite a while. Actually, Hubby was keener than I. However, as we had been through a very expensive 2008, I wanted to wait until all the Christmas shopping was out the way, in order to work out just what spare case we had, before...

Panasonic DMR-EZ28
Advantages: Simple to use, easy to use, produces good recordings, looks ok.
Disadvantages: Not really any
...Was really impressed with this, Panasonic has always been one of the best in the business and this DVD recorder is no exception.
Look and Design
It's of a reasonable size and weight and fits easily into an average cabinet. It has width: 430mm, depth: 330mm and height: 59mm. It weighs 3.2 kg
It isn't overly flashy and just looks like an average DVD player. But this also means it blends in quite well and doesn't contrast with anything.
Function
It's very easy to use with a simple and easy to navigate menu as well as a one click VIERA button on the included remote that just records the program you are currently watching. Playback is also very simple as is moving the recorded file to DVD.
What's great about this DVD recorder is that it actually makes the recorded file better than the original broadcast producing amazing...
