A great feature-packed camera

Advantages: zoom range, image quality, HD video, size, scene modes
Disadvantages: battery life, noise at high ISO

...Having owned a Fuji F10 (a compact point and shoot) I was used to camera with excellent low light ability. My reasons for replacing were mainly due to the limitations of the Fuji?s 3 times zoom range. Plus the fact I know a few people who have Panasonics, with long zooms, and I was jealous? So why the Panasonic? Aside from liking the photos I saw from my friend?s Panasonics I read a lot of good reviews. This particular camera seemed to have everything: a very long zoom range including wide angle; optical stabiliser; HD video (wasn?t sure if I wanted this at first); and compact size. The perfect backpackers camera

Advantages: Small enough to fit into your pocket but with a powerful zoom!
Disadvantages: must use specific battery

...I purchased the original DMC-TZ1 when it first came onto the market a few years back and thought it was a great camera. But this one is even better! The 9.1mp makes for a good clear shot and the 12x optical zoom is amazing! Its the perfect camera for travelling - it can fit into your pocket or a going out bag ensuring you always have a camera to capture every moment. The zoom is the perfect added bonus. The only downside as I see it is the battery must be a specific type which isnt compatable with many other cameras. Having said that the battery is good quality and lasts for ages once charged. Because the battery is so specific to purchase a spare (which I would recommend for anyone travelling) isnt the cheapest....

The shop sells:- hair accessories nail varnish belts purses jewellery and more You can also have your ears pierecd here too. I've been in the shop a couple of times now to buy hair accessories and nail varnish. There is a wide range of items to choose from in different colours. As soon as you go through the door though, they are lunging a hand basket at you. If you do not take one they do not seem too pleased about it either. When you are paying for your goods, they always ask if you want to buy the bargain of the day like a nail file. They do not seem to be satisfied with what you take to the counter at all. ...I know a lot of people that when you say Claire's Accessories they would say oh that shop for teenagers but it isn't for them only, it's for girls in general. Females I should maybe say it sells a lot of things that are not too expensive but very nice still. From the branches I have been in I have seen them sell make-up, nail accessories, bags, books and so many things. This shop is not only in the UK because I saw t in America so I don't actually know where it started. One main thing I know this shop for is piercing ears they are trained I'm sure but I don't think I could trust anyone. They pierce ears usually right at the front of the shop and everyone can watch, they will probably be fine but they could do it away from the customers buying and I have heard that not all of the staff here actually know how to pierce. ...I bought this camera from marks and spencers for £279.99. This camera is great due to all the features that it has. It has a great 12x optical zoom, which even at 9x or 10x zoom, the pictures look quite clear and well taken photos. It has a good image stabilisation feature which allows you to take photos even if the object of person is moving very fast. Its battery life is quite good compared to most ordinary cameras which allows you to take 250 photos on average. It is a 10.1 megapixel camera which has a very high number of pixels for each picture, and I can say this is definitely so when I upload my pictures onto my laptop as the pictures are VERY clear and they still look good when zoomed in by half the size of the picture....

The perfect camera

.... The DMC-FZ28 will cover any photographic situation you can throw at it. I defy anyone to not be impressed with the DMC-FZ28. If there is anything has a perfect camera, then I think the DMC-FZ28 is it. Panasonic, you have created a future classic with the FZ28 I am sure of it. I just thought it may be useful if I mentioned the case I choose for the DMC-FZ28. The case I purchased was the Lowepro Apex 100AW. The DMC-FZ28 fits snugly into the Apex 100AW. The only room left in the case is for an additional memory card and a cleaning cloth. If you want to store accessories such as additional battery etc, then you would be better with the larger Apex 110AW or the larger still Apex 120AW. The Lowepro Apex 100AW is useful if you are just wanting a compact case to store the DMC-FZ28, and that's exactly what I was wanting. Here is a link to...

Up until then we had to rely on a market stall or small ranges offered by various other shops and supermarkets. Panasonic Lumix TZ6, Versatile compact with great image quality

Advantages: Fantastic little camera with 12 x zoom & 10.1MP (better than TZ5), but cheaper than TZ7

...Having always been a bit of a cheap and cheerful camera buyer, I was a bit nervous spending nearly double what I'd usually spend on a camera. This camera has proved to be beyond value for money though! The Lumix DMC-TZ5 is a 9.1 megapixel, with a wide angle lens and boasts an awesome 10X optical zoom.
