Its only made of paper

The love nest (we shared the attic room) I shared with my boyfriend in a student house in the early seventies had the identical shade to the one in this picture. The reason why? Lose weight

Advantages: Makes you fit, lose weight
Disadvantages: Cant do many multiplayer games on it apart from jogging.

...WHY I LOVE THIS GAME I recently bought this after buying the wii console from a catalogue. Its great to use and simple to use. There is no cables to trip over as its wireless and connects to the wii console using infrared. It has lots of fun activities for the whole family and allows you to workout in freedom of your own living room instead of having to pay out for expensive gym membership. I Bought this too lose weight and i lost a lot of fat around my stomache and thighs. It has a variety of exercises to do which include the areobic side of it which is step, boxing, jogging and hula hooping. You unlock harder levels of the game the more you play it and get longer time to do the exercise. LOSE WEIGHT, LOOK GREAT

Advantages: Losing weight is easy and you don't have to give up your favourite foods, great support offered, lots of local meetings during the day and eveing
Disadvantages: Weekly fee can make it an expensive way to lose weight

...At the beginning of the year I was prescribed Xenical to help me lose weight, it did work but was very slow and the side effects were very nasty so I wasn?t disappointed when my GP temporarily took me off them when I went down with a nasty illness in the Summer. Initially I ignored it but when all the new clothes I had bought got to the point of being too tight I decided I had to do something positive but something that didn?t involve going back on the Xenical.
