...I was delighted to find out that National History Museum (as well as Science museum) became completely free of charge some time between 1992 when I last visited and now. As soon as my daughter was big enough to say dinosaur I took here there on one of our day London trips and we spent about 2.5 hours wandering about the collections. The building itself makes it worth a visit, now beautifully cleaned to reveal Neo-Gothic glory of the intricate multi-coloured facade where the sculptures depict members of the animal kingdom rather than gargoyles. The Natural History museum comprises Life Galleries, covering mostly animal life (a lot of them extinct) and Earth Galleries, covering subjects like geology, volcanoes, minerals and the like. The Booth Museum, Brighton

Advantages: Free admission, lots to see
Disadvantages: None for me

...The Booth Museum is located on Brighton's suburban back streets well away from the town centre but having said that it is on Dyke Road (the A2010) which is one of the major routes through the town and so it is relatively easy to find. The museum is named after the Victorian natural historian Edward Thomas Booth who spent much of his life in Brighton. Primarily it houses his personal collection of stuffed birds but there are also animals, insects, fossils and skeletons. These collections were amassed during his lifetime and contain over half a million different specimens. He lived between 1840 and 1890. Like most Victorian naturalists of the time he was an avid collector. My favourite museum in London

Advantages: learning was never so much fun - free entrance - amazing museum
Disadvantages: could be crowded... that's all

...Natural History Museum of London is perhaps one of my favourite museums in the World. Whenever I'm in London I try to visit it. The museum is in a "cathedral" building. This creation was deliberately designed by Alfred Waterhouse to inspire awe... and it does. It's even hard to photograph because it's very big compared to the surrounding area. The elaborate Romanesque style is impressive as the giant cast of Diplodocus skeleton in the main hall of the Life Galleries. This museum makes learning fun! They have amazing galleries and a vast collection (70 million plants, animals, fossils, rocks and minerals to be exact) including dinosaurs (also a real-size animatronic Tyrannosaurus Rex roaring at you) and Creepy Crawlies gallery. A Day At The Museum

...Me and my girlfriend went on holiday to Salzburg Austria recently. So it has given me the chance to do a review on another local tourist attraction that we went to while we stayed there. This review is on the Salzburg Nature Museum, and as we both share an interest in animals and nature it was an ideal place for us to visit. Getting There. The Salzburg Nature Museum is situated in the City centre of Salzburg. By bus from our hotel it was only a 20 minute journey to get to the relevant stop on the bus route to jump of and walk the short distance by foot. You can if you wish get a bus direct to the Museum, but we are quite fit and it was a lovely day, we decided to walk the short distance through the City to get there. l'oreal paris recital preference ultra-lightening natural brown

Advantages: not too damaging, lots of conditioner
Disadvantages: orange hair, strong smell eyes streaming, doesnt work.

...i have naturally dark brown hair and decided to go for this colour as i wanted a lighter brown . being a bit short of cash i decided to buy a box colour (which i wouldnt normally do after disasterous results in the past).rather than go to my hairdresser.... what a mistake !! it appealed to me as it was a good make . it cost £5.99 which isnt too pricey. the box said it was especially for dark hair and was visable and luminous without an orange effect. i figured i couldn't go wrong. i didn't do a strand test which was rather silly but there you go ! that evening i proceeded to colour my hair. the mixture was very strong , my eyes were streaming as i applied the mixture. i left this on for the recommended time then rinsed. i applied the high shine conditioner which is in a big tube so it lasts a few weeks. now for the crunch, did it...
