I dived in different forums, looking in price-search-machines. As a quintessence the only choice was the Parrot CK-3100 Bluetooth. Parrot is a French company specialized in accessories for mobile phoning.
After I learned from different price-searchers that this system was available in shops for Eur 170,-, I told myself: "let's look in eBay!" I followed the different auctions of this system, got where they end. I set a limit to myself: I wanted to pay not more than Eur 140,- for it. The hunt began!
Then I found this system offered by an auctionator residing near to our home. As I anyway had to drive that way the next days, I decided to buy it and collect it directly. So no delivery fees came supplementary.

Review of Parrot CK 3100
Advantages: Special friend for a life-time Disadvantages: They need time and commitment and don't always get it
... AFRICAN GREY PARROTS...
I for a time had a Yellow-Crowned Amazon and a Grey which my mum inherited when grandma died.
I knew those birds virtually all my life and loved them to bits. I was gutted when my mum re-homed them after I moved out, but I was expecting little boy, no way could I have coped with a newborn and 2 parrots in the small place we had.
Anyway this is mostly why I ended up taking on an African Grey about this time last year, and wouldn't be without him.
When I got him the poor guy had plucked himself bald and was not a happy birdie. Woman who had him couldn't cope with him and wanted to find him a new home. She didn't like to let him out and he didn't have much of a life sitting in his cage 24-7 bored out of his mind. She had got him from a pub somewhere and that's all I know of his life before he came...

Review of African Grey Parrot
Advantages: Can be great fun. Disadvantages: Expensive, noisy and need lots of attention. Can bite really hard.
...I didn't mean to get a parrot.
I never longed for a parrot, never imagined sharing my home with a parrot, never read books or watched programmes about parrots.
I certainly never said "I'd like a parrot for Christmas, please."
No. I clearly remember that what I actually said was that I'd really like a heated propagator for Christmas. You know what I mean. A plastic thing, to grow plants in.
My dream almost came true.
My husband, a kind and caring man, had succeeded in finding a garden centre and was diligently searching for a heated propagator when he was set upon, and seduced, by a shameless tart of a bird with flamboyant dress sense and a loud voice.
"Hello" she rasped, in her most alluring manner.
That happened eight years ago. To this day he can't work out how he ended up in the pet department, spending our life savings. To...
Advantages: Intelligent, curious, little birds with bags of personality Disadvantages: Can be noisy, messy and destructive
...*The picture on the product page is of my pair of Lovebirds, Angel and Spike*
As a nation we keep many members of the parrot family in homes, from the stupendously popular (and reasonably cheap) budgie to the large and intelligent amazons (that can cost over 1000GBP). Now I couldn't quite afford to buy one of the larger parrots and couldn't really provide one the kind of home it deserved (I have several other pets and some children), but when I researched Lovebirds, I was kind of taken by the idea that they had the intelligence and attitude of the larger parrots, only in a smaller package. Further research pointed me towards the Peach faced (aka rosy-faced) Lovebirds, as these were more common than other varieties, and all the literature I could find said they were easier to tame.
---A bit about Peachfaced Lovebirds...
Advantages: Great quality, Good selection Disadvantages: None at all
...This is my review of Rob Harvey's Specialist Feeds for African Grey Parrots and also other Parrot diets. If you have any type of Parrot or feathered friend I am sure you will find this useful. I thought I would take the time to also tell you about my African Grey and include some information for anyone wanting to take one on.
I have had my African Grey, Millie for about 5 months now and she is really part of the family. I have wanted to have an African Grey for quite a few years but really needed to spend the time researching in order to find out as much as possible.
I would highly recommend anyone thinking about keeping a Parrot, do the same. There is such a lot to know and knowledge helps so much when your friend eventually joins your home. The African Grey can live for many years, there are reports of some living way past 50...

Review of African Grey Parrot
Advantages: easy to set up and use, great audio Disadvantages: annoying accent on the automated messages.
...for the CK 3100 which is probably the mid table item of the Parrot range. Obviously this will increase if you pay for fitting which again can cost between £50 and £100.

Review of Parrot CK 3100
Advantages: Easy to use, saves your license, looks good Disadvantages: Cost, complex to implement, you look like you're talking to yourself!
...Driving in the UK is fraught with dangers and penalties, where every little thing you do behind the wheel can potentially land you in hot water, get you a fine or have penalty points added to your license. There have even been cases quoted in the press where innocent motorists eating chocolate bars while waiting at a red traffic light have been prosecuted for driving without due care and attention.
At the end of 2003 it became illegal for a motorist to hold their mobile phone while driving, the penalty for being caught doing so a thirty pound fine and three points on your driving license. With motorists already struggling to keep their license clean and free of points and their wallets free of fines, mobile phone manufacturers swiftly released a plethora of handsfree devices for their phones, ranging from headsets that make you look...
Advantages: Ease of Installation, total package, easy solutoin to legislation Disadvantages: annoying minor faults
...Parrot Rhythm N Blue.
I bought this unit on Ebay just over two months ago, paying about £140.00 including delivery. Purchased essentially I felt this would be the easiest way to comply with the new legislation regarding use of mobile phones in a car, and having in the past bought manufacturers fitted options was fed up having to buy a new car kit whenever I upgraded my telephone. One of the main reasons for my choice in this instance was ?ease of fitting? ? the unit comes with standard ISO connections, so providing the vehicle is less than about fifteen years old it should be a ten minute job fitting the stereo. I currently drive a 1996 Landrover Discovery with the correct connections so the most complicated procedure is fixing the microphone, again supplied with the kit.
At this stage it is probable useful to point out that...

Review of Parrot Rhythm N´blue
Advantages: Easy to Read, gentle storytelling Disadvantages: Chapter topics chop and change a bit
...the troublesome parrot of the title who adopted them , volunteer land-workers, building an eco-pool and the arrival of a dam in the region.
Regardless of the topic Chris tells you exactly as it is without dressing it up for comic effect, as Chris often sees the comedy in everything (apart from, possibly, the dam) and has no need to exaggerate. All the chapters are well-written and I enjoyed all of them in spite of their diversity.
I have marked this book four stars as the sometimes random nature of the chapters can be a bit annoying, however it probably also captures the random nature of farming in the Alpujarras!
I also maked the book as 'pretty useful'. It is essentially a family biography rather then a travel or farming guide and you are unlikely to use it as a reference book - just as a jolly good read....
Advantages: Good location, good choice of drinks, good jukebox Disadvantages: Very busy at weekends, lack of seating
...The frog and parrot located on Division street is one of the best pubs located in the city centre. It has a good jukebox with a selection of music ranging from U2 to house and cheesey pop to Rage against the machine and metal to Goth. The pub has a nice atmosphere although can get busy with students in the evening and weekend. The clientel tend to be a mix ranging from students and clubbers to rockers.
The pub has a large screen TV to watch the football on which is a bonus for football fans.
The pub has a 2 level seating arrangement, when busy tho there never seems to be enough seats which can be a pain.
The pub has a good selection of normal ales, as well as home brewed ones and other weird guest ales. They also have a range of cocktales on offer and a selection of different flavoured absolute vodkas and vodka jellies.
There is...
