...Having been in both full-time studies at university and also spent a lot of time in part-time study, I believe I am able to share a few pointers that may or not prove helpful if this part-time study is what you are considering. First of all, if you are not disciplined and have poor time management skills, I would HIGHLY recommend that you not attempt to get involved with part-time study particularly if you have a family or if you are also having to hold down full-time employment. Advantages: Engaging, immersive, great script

Directed by Francis Ford Coppola and co-written with Mario Puzo, this film won 6 academt awards, including best picture and best supporting actor for Robert De Niro. A noticeable difference with this film is that it presents two parallel storylines. One involves the now head of the Corleone family, Michael (Al Pacino), from 1958 to 1959 as he tries to expand the family's business by opening up a casino in Las Vegas, the other is a flashback showing his father, Vito "Don" Corleone from his childhood in Sicily to his founding of the Corleone crime family in New York. Hostel part two - Twice as bad!

...must confess, however, that I had my reservations. The first film was unique, and self contained. What could they do to improve on it? It seems to be, that Eli Roth has a singular vision. A vision that, though once remarkable, has now become dull and boring. His inability to look around the box, has led him to have a much shorter career than he should. He should have taken more time creating hostel part two, or else not have bothered with a sequel at all. The plot, which is thinner than Homer Simpsons' hair, is basically the exact same one from the first film. The events of the film, are 'similar, but not as scary. The acting is perhaps slightly worse, and all he has done to try and make this a film in its own right, is give it an all female lead cast, and provided a Taratinoesque twist, at the end. Errr, get a part-time job?

Advantages: Student life rocks
Disadvantages: Nowt for nothing in this life

...the big city universities if studying away from home and the bank of mum and dad usaully picks up the other half, paying much sonner than they hoped this year. The Student Loan Co admitted this time last year in a memo they would be around 40% behind on calls for 2009 because of poor staffing levels. Why they are short of staff is because they introduced a new bar-coding system for this year, the idea being the data in-putters would have half as much work to do so they could get rid of half of them. But the barcode readers malfunctioned and the reduced staff were stuck with last years work load plus 14% more applications. You would have thought with all those students in need of part-time jobs they would have been snapped up here. Alas only two jobs are being advertised on their website so you will have to keep waiting Neil, Rick, Mike...

...for a couple of months. What I really liked in Rachel McAdams play was her excitement for seeing Henry in the library. Her eyes were smiling too and the chemistry between her and Eric Bana worked very well. They were authentic as a couple.
