This price included return flights, to and from Manchester, Heathrow, Bangkok and Phuket, private car transfers to and from the Thai airports and hotels and our hotel accommodation, which was three and a half star in Bangkok – The Hotel Asia, and a four star hotel in Phuket – The Kata Thani Hotel and Beach Resort. Both hotels were on a bed and breakfast basis.

...so concerned with our budget that we perhaps missed out on some amazing experiences. The trips were quite expensive (in Thailand terms) so we only went on the two trips, but there were so many more we should have gone on - deep sea diving, sea fishing, elephant tracking etc. I'd recommend Phuket to everyone, but if you have a family, don't stay at Patong beach!
