Paul Mitchell, an overview
Advantages: Environmental friendly, good values, products not tested on animals
Disadvantages: Results not satisfactory, not a good outcome
...At one of my trips at the saloon, I was recommended some products from Paul Mitchell for my daughter, who has a frizzy and curly hair which seems to have gone in a very bad shape over the last year.
I have to admit that up until this point I have never heard of this brand, so I have decided to give it a try and see if it will help getting my little daughter’s hair back in shape. Since I normally do not buy products I don’t know I have looked up on the internet to see what information I could find about Paul Mitchell products, even if it was a bit late by this point.
Who is Paul Mitchell?
Paul Mitchell was a hairdresser who, together with John Paul DeJoria, decided in 1980 to create a brand designed especially for hair care professionals. The company wasn't a big success in the beginning and they struggled not to...

I went to school with a Paul Smith
Advantages: Great smell,
Disadvantages: Normally far better value elsewhere
...**Introduction**
This is my first fragrance review for a while and I have chosen to review a very popular fragrance, Paul Smith for Men. I had used a tester of this fragrance many times whilst I was in Boots and Debenhams but had never actually bought one due to the price compared to other fragrances which I prefered and I have bought a wide range of fragrances over the years. Here is my review of Paul Smith's popular fragrance for Men. This is the first Paul Smith fragrance I have used.
**The Bottle**
I feel that The bottle is a more important feature than you might think, Nobody wants a fragrance that has a weird gastly looking bottle. I like the design of the bottle it's like the Calvin Klein Eternity fragrance. The difference is that the Paul Smith fragrance is a nice green colour whereas the Calvin Klein Eternity is a kind...

Paul Blart: Mall Cop
Advantages: Made Me Giggle
Disadvantages: None For Me
...Paul Blart: Mall Cop is the newest release from Happy Madison Pictures, Adam Sandler’s film production company. I am a big Adam Sandler fan and usually enjoy these films so settled down to watch this film with every intention of it being good.
Plot / Story
------------
Paul Blart is a single dad who is raising his daughter himself after his wife (who only married him for a green card) left him. He lives with his mother in New Jersey and dreams of being a state trooper. The only trouble is, that besides being a little overweight Paul suffers from low blood sugar leading to him passing out if he doesn’t have something sugary at steady intervals. He has never passed the physical test to become an officer so instead works at the local mall as a security guard. He is a little too good at his job as he takes it way to seriously. When...

Paul Mitchell - Great Products, Great Ethos
Advantages: Products smell absolutely divine and are great for your hair
Disadvantages: Can be expensive so save for a treat
...I think we all have certain products or ranges of products that we seem to rate very highly. Some of mine include - Heinz, Cadburys, Loreal, Dior, and Lancome.
Don't get me wrong I also love own brand products and am in no way a label snob. Basically if I like something I buy it no matter what the label but there are certain things I must admit I do prefer to others.
For those that know me you will already be aware I adore my health & beauty items and am always trying out new stuff. I must've tried hundreds or haircare products over the years but one brand I always trust and seem to like is Paul Mitchell.
Paul Mitchell was set up 26 years ago by two friends who had a vision of founding a company by hairdressers for hairdressers one that would provide tools of success for hair care professionals, their salons, and the entire...

Paul is...Live?!
Advantages: Some fantastic songs that benefitted from a live atmosphere.
Disadvantages: Some tracks didn't work vocally, a little Beatle bias.
...You would have to have lived in a cave over the past forty odd years not to have heard of Paul McCartney; in spite of his now ex-wife's original claim that she'd never heard of the fab four before she met the man himself (yeah, right), most people left on the planet may wish to rekindle memories of years gone by, or even discover them for the first time.
The purpose of the Paul McCartney 'Back in the World' Live CD was obviously to take the joy of seeing the ex-Beatle live into the home of many more people who may not be able to folk out £50 to £60 for a concert ticket. This two disk set, as it conveniently points out on the front, contains 36 tracks by the man himself, chronicling his time in the world's biggest band ever to his time in Wings and even his extensive solo career. I'm not saying that it wasn't realised in order to earn...

The Way You Were (The Kingdom by the Sea - Paul Theroux)
Advantages: well written, individual perspective, very of its own time
Disadvantages: biased & dated
...Paul Theroux undertook his journey round the coast of the United Kingdom over 25 years ago, in 1982. Even more than normally, his book is very slight on information, strong on description and dominated by the author's perceptions, feelings and judgements.
Being his usual miserable persona, Theroux doesn't spare the locations he visits and the people he meets just because they happen to be British. Wry, observant and always seeing the empty half of the glass (unless it's filled with sludge), he travels the length of the coast of the UK by train and on foot, avowedly skipping castles and cathedrals and under-sampling cities.
He is, of course, frightfully unfair. He's scathing, ironic, judgemental without spelling the judgements out, and very, very choosy about the human creations too. As all who read Theroux know, he's not very fond...

Paul Scholes - The Ginger Genius
Advantages: World Class player, brilliant bloke.
Disadvantages: None
...Not many players could ever have the ability or mental strength to be consistantly a hugely important peice in the jigsaw of Manchester United. Were talking about arguably the biggest club in the world, with a huge fanbase and with huge spending power - you dont perform, and considering the fact that United can choose from basically anybody in the world, chances are you're out.
However, a certain Paul Scholes has managed to keep his place in the United first team for coming up 15 years, making well over 500 first team appearances for them in that time, winning 8 Premierleague titles, 2 Champions League medals, 3 FA Cup winners medals among others - he has also been selected in the PFA team of the year twice, and he was also nominated for the Premier league's greatest ever 11. Sir Alex Ferguson, manager of Manchester United said...

Jean Paul Got To Have!
Advantages: Great long lasting smell, nice bottle
Disadvantages: A little more expensive than others on the market
...I was bought this aftershave for Christmas this year by my girlfriend. I liked it so much; I thought I would share my opinion of it with Ciao.
Packaging
Jean Paul Gaultier 'Le Male' comes in a silver tin with the 'Jean Paul Gaultier' label embossed on the front. You can pull the bottom of the tin off, and the bottle of aftershave sits in a stand on the base, which is attached to the base of the tin. Inside the top section of the tin is a white plastic section which holds the top of the bottle square inside the tin, once the bottle is back inside which stops it from rattling around and possibly being smashed inside.
The bottle itself is typical of Jean Paul Gaultier aftershave and comes in their famous body shaped bottle. This particular bottle is in the theme of a sailor. The bottle is an off navy blue with white stripes...

My les Paul Custom
Advantages: Looks Great, brilliant sutain, action, basically all of the features of the Gibson Les Paul
Disadvantages: Imitation pickups
...is good enough, although it may look a bit arificial for some peoples tastes it is but a minor flaw. The split-diamond headstock design looks great, as do the golden tuners, pickups and bridge.
Build Quality
You can tell that the guitar has been carefully finished, only very few small painting errors here and there that are barely noticeable. The guitar itself is heavier than most other guitars, (if you are accustomed to Les Pauls you will know this, but it was a bit of a shock when upgrading from my Strat copy) and feels very sturdy. The neck is set perfectly, some cheaper copies fail in this reaspect and it is very important. The low action on the neck makes it a joy to play. I have gigged with this guitar and can tell you that it is one of the best non-floyd rose equipped guitars for staying in tune. This is because...
