...I am currently in the middle of a claim for pyments to a personal loan following a serious accident. I am SUPPOSED to be relaxing and recovering at home. I am actually spending most of my time (not to mention a fortune in phone calls) chasing this bunch of jokers for my payments,. Today, for the second time in three months, they tell me that they have not received my doctor's certificate. So, once again, I have had to find the money for this month's loan payment and run around getting a copy of the certificate to send to them (for the SECOND time in three months AND with two broken legs and a broken spine!) This product is supposed to take away the worry and stress of finding payments at a time when you are recovering from an illness/accident. It does the exact opposite! ...I have had a Vanquis card for only a few months and was using it to build a credit history. I do not want to incur interest and so I pay off the balance every month. Last month I was going on holiday and decided to take the card with me for emergencies. I rang them to make sure my payment would be cleared in time and was advised that yes it would be without any problem. However, when on holiday I found I could not use the card. On return i rang them to find that despite the payment being with them for ten days it had not cleared on to my account and was advised this is normal practice with larger payments? I asked where in the terms and conditions this was highlighted and they confessed it wasn't. I then insisted they process my payment that day and was told it could take up to another 5 working days. 40 Channels for a one off payment

...list, change language or add parental control, again there are step by step instructions on how to do these things. Conclusion For a one off payment of £14.99 I no longer have a fuzzy picture and have went from having the normal five channels to having around 40 channels, so all in all I am extremely happy with this product and I am planning to get my kids one for their rooms.
