...I've had this monitor now for a number of years. I bought it when TFT monitors were relatively new and paid around £170, though this was with a substantial discount from someboy I know who is in the trade. The Syncmaster 151B has now been superceeded many times over in terms of the technical specification but the fact remains that this is still a very good monitor. It has full 90 degree swivel so that it can be viewed in either portrait or landscape mode. Personally, I never use the portrait mode as it just doesnt look right in my opinion. As the monitor is a few years old, it only comes with the VGA interface instead of the newer DVI one. All settings are managed via the onscreen digital menus. From here you can control the brightness, colour, horizontal and vertical positions, language and display mode to name but a few...

...The Samsung SyncMaster 151s is a TFT LCD monitor. It is 15-inches. The way TFTs are measured are different than the conventional CRT monitors so this makes it similar to a 17" CRT monitor. The monitor accepts analog RGB video signals. Picture quality: The picture os very bright. and very good quality. I have had this monitor for a few years now and it was then £360. At the time it was voted by the main PC magazines as being both the cheapest and highest quality on the market. I sometimes think the picture is a little fussy but I am not sure if its my terrible eyesight and me needing to go to bed or if it is the monitor.
