I can't remember exactly when I started using PC2Call, but I am so glad I found it. Once you have signed up you can immediately start using the service providing you have a microphone and speakers. It is recommended that you have a headset, something I would advise. Without it you get a whine on the line, which can be very annoying. Not to mention the privacy problems with having the other person's voice blaring out the speakers! A headset also minimizes echo.
Because I have free Internet at home and at university, PC2Call is perfect for chatting to my girlfriend for long periods of time. It costs nothing! The quality is excellent - almost like a mobile phone. The applet for running the service downloads pretty quickly, even with a normal 56K modem.
PC2Call is available for calling other countries, but...

Kingston is number one RAM no a days 1GB RAM is not sufficient at all we should go to 2GB RAM or even higher because windows vista will run smoothly if we have 2 GB RAM .

A solid performer with good overcloking caperbillates with good heat spreaders, ok so it runs at 800 MHz standard but with a bit of carefully pushing (and the correct type of cooling) will run at 1066 quite happily.
The memory is very easy to install and if like me you can see the insides of your gaming rig it looks damn fine just sat there on the motherboard
So you can get more bang for your money by overclocking this ram but be careful you don?t want to kill it

Switching from one computer to the other is done from the keyboard, by pressing Ctrl (twice), then 1 or 2. Or there are other possibilities that I haven't explored. As the unit has been around for some time, there are quite a number of reviews on the net, and some say that the use of the Ctrl key causes problems if you also use it for copy and paste. I have tried but have failed to find any difficulties in this area.

Memory is one of the easiest upgrades anyone can do and will greatly affect the performance of your PC. I have had one of these in my PC since day one and it's been working fine. I am also considering upgrading and getting another one, not sure yet though. In my previous PC I used to have crucial memory and that was quite good too, I don't think there's much difference between them maybe crucial has slightly better performance but it's hard to pin point.
The Kingston memory allows me to run applications simultaneously without any glitches or crashes. I use Adobe Photoshop and Audition quite a lot and it seems to be able to handle them very well. As a test I've run both programs together...
Advantages: Easy booting, less crashes, much faster and yes user friendly Disadvantages: Dual boot becomes a problem
...mind ie is the safest browser with its warnings about unsafe and unreliable sites. If you plan to use it with a net connection please keep your security update option and firewal on. You will be safe, atleast you will know when you are under threat from from terrorist of the net, the malicious viruses.
Addendum:
1.Upgrading to Service Pack 3 or above is just a few clicks (Please the system requirements while upgrading, its not the same as SV 2) otherwise you will land up with a very slow PC.
2. Don?t bother about the pop ups, some times annoying but just start using it in a few hours the solution to block them will come to you. Just a bit getting used to is required!!
3. It is equally good for laptop so don't worry.
I would prefer XP any day, keeping in mind Vista (at its present stage)....
