Passion for peach!
Advantages: Fruity, delicious, low calorie and fat, versatile
Disadvantages: Aspartame, price
...I have been wanting to write this review for ages, however ciao took about a month deciding weather or not to accept the bloomin' thing! Much to my delight though, I recieved an email yesterday telling me my "Smooth Peach" had been accepted! About time too!
I have enjoyed Muller yogurts from a very young age. It all started when I was about 5 years old and I went to stay with my grandparents for a week while my mum was in hospital. This week was the first time I was ever introduced to Muller. My first experience being with Muller Corners! I devoured many a crunch corner in my younger years, and then when I was about eleven I discovered the Muller jellies, which I'm not sure if they were discontinued. Then when I was about thirteen I had an obsession with strawberry fruit corners, however like most things that died down after a couple...

Giant peaches, bugs, insects, and imagination!
Advantages: Great storytelling and characterisation
Disadvantages: Some longer paragraphs that may bore kids at times
...We have a very old copy of James and the Giant Peach. I believe it was my wife's when she was a little girl. Now, we have started reading Roald Dahl books to our son, with him reading bits and bobs for himself as we go along. The latest one is Jame sand the Giant Peach, and it really is a very well created and told story.
Dahl is one of the most celebrated children's authors ever. His storytelling was amazing in my eyes when I was a kid, and it still is now that I am an adult. I had never read this one before we started reading it to Will, so it was as much of an exciting read for me as it was for him.
James is a sad boy. He lives with his Aunt Sponge and his Aunt Spiker in a house with a sloping garden. They are horrible to him, and he longs for the day when he doesn't have to be looked after them any more. His time comes sooner...

Each Peach...
Advantages: delicious, good quantity
Disadvantages: pricey, unhealthy
...I would first of all like to take the time to dedicate this particular yoghurt review of mine to Greenierexieboy, as on a previous review his exact comment was: "The strawberry one? Meh. The peach one? Lovely." So this one is for you...
If I were asked what my favourite brand of yoghurt is, no two questions about it; I would say the delights of Muller in an instant. They do all sorts, from Muller Light to Crunch Corners, right down to the delicious Amore yoghurts! I have enjoyed quite a few of these recently, and one of the more recent flavours is the Muller Amore Peach Yoghurt.
The yoghurt, like the rest, comes in a deep round tub. Mounted on the front of the deep luscious blue background you can see a juicy looking image of a whole peach and its slices. As delicious as they look, there is no actual indication as to what...

Thats a nice peach!!!
Advantages: Loveley crisp, sweet taste, good value
Disadvantages: Sticky and may be sickly after a while
...I'm 22 year's old and like to have a few drinks on the town every other weekend . .who doesn't? I used to drink WKD blue but they got really sickly and being alcopops also contained lots of sugar, so I thought I'd try something new.
I always used to drink the Archers Aqua, but again, they got quite sickly sweet after a while.
I came across Archers Peach Schnapps by ordering a cocktail in my local bar, which was called Woo Woo, (details later). This cocktail had archers schnapps in it and I loved it. I'm not a heavy drinker and I'm a bit of a lightweight as well, so I don't go for strong stuff!
***ARCHERS SCHNAPPS***
Archers Schnapps is a sweet tasting peach flavoured schnapps which you can normally pick up from your local supermarket and maybe even your local shop. Prices range from £11.00 - £13.00 for a 70cl bottle. It...

A passion for peach!
Advantages: Nice flavours, on offer, nice pot
Disadvantages: Yogurt slightly bitter, small fruit peices
...When I was little and I enjoyed Muller corners on a daily basis, one of the only fruit ones that I liked was the strawberry. The thought of anything else such as peach, or cherry repulsed me and up until around three weeks ago, they still didn't appeal! My mum always tried to wein me away from the chocolate-laden yogurts, and onto the fruitier types, however I was reluctant and I always one the fight!
Around three weeks ago however, I noticed an offer in Asda which seemed to good to be true. Normally, Muller corners sell for 54p each, however the current offer means you can buy 10 corners for a measly £2. This works out at 20p per corner, which if i'm right in thinking, is amazing! The first time we took up Asda on the offer, I hurridly threw ten dessert and crunch corners into our trolley, before my mum could try and persuaed me...

Peaches Please! Tesco Value Peach Slices
Advantages: Reasonable in price, good quality
Disadvantages: Odd shapes and sizes may put some off
...Review of Tesco Value Sliced Peaches in Light Syrup
The Tesco Value range of budget priced products is well known, some items are excellent, others are not so good. The Value range Sliced Peaches in light syrup falls into the former category.
The value range consists of everyday items at low prices. The products are packaged simply and marketed as basic essentials. The range is instantly recognisable with it's mainly white packaging with the Tesco logo and product description in blue and red.
The Product
Value Peaches come in a recyclable steel can, the can does not have a ring pull opener, so a standard tin opener will be required!. The can contains 410g of sliced peaches in syrup. The weight of the actual fruit, when the syrup is drained is 250g. The peach slices are sometimes a little oddly shaped and of differing sizes...

Peachy peaches
Advantages: tasty
Disadvantages: none. more expensive than value peaches
...Princes Food Company has been in buisiness for 120 years, started in Liverpool canning fish. Princes do a range of canned fish, vegetable and fruits.
When I was a nipper I remember mum buying princess tinned fruits for Sunday tea and special treats. I expect in the 1850's she thought it was a good brand.
I was going to make a trifle the other day and bought a tin of Prices sliced peaches in syrup from Tesco' it cost me 52p for 227 g. not sure why I picked up the peaches in syrup these days if I am buying tinned fruit I usually buy one in natural juices less sugar. Princes make peaches in grape juice 72p for a 415g can. Princess sliced peaches in syrup also comes in a 420g can costing 72p. If you want peach halves Princes also do those in syrup 74p for 420g.
I used my tin of peaches to make a trifle but you can eat them on their...

Just Peachy- Archers Peach Schnapps
Advantages: Tasty, sweet, easy to drink
Disadvantages: Expensive, can get sickly
...***What is it?***
Archers is a Peach flavoured schnapps. It is 23% ABV. It is great served with a mixer like lemonade, soda water or orange juice or part of a cocktail
***Packaging***
Archers comes in a semi opaque long white bottle; handy as you can gauge how much alcohol you have drank/ have left. The top of the bottle is orange and Archers is written in large font on the front of the bottle. The bottle is very plain and does not immediately grab your attention when it is on the shelf in the supermarket.
***Price***
Archers is sold in supermarkets. Asda and Tesco sell a 70cl bottle for around £13. At Christmas time Asda usually have an offer where you can pick up two bottles of Archers for £20. A 1 litre bottle of Archers is sold for around £16.50 in Asda.
Archers is much more expensive than other Peach Schnapps...

Snatch a mouthful my juicy peaches.
Advantages: Light and refreshing (and alcoholic!)
Disadvantages: Too moreish (and alcoholic!)
...I think I'd better start writing this review before I've finished drinking the whole bottle of this delicious alcoholic drink. It is going down far too well!
The Bottle
----------------
Archers Aqua Peach is a 'Sparkling blend of Archers Schnapps with the crisp taste of Peach'. The alcohol content is 5%. It's produced and bottled for the Archers Scnapps Company in London. (address printed on the bottle) One 70cl bottle contains3.5 UK units and has the '18' in a triangle to show the age limit. The bottle is pictured below so I will not decribe it in detail, apart from the fact that the plastic label has a satisfying matt feel about it (maybe so you don't drop it too easily!) Oh, it also has a screw lid on this particular bottle in case you want to save some for a later time!
The Price
----------------
I bought two 70cl...

Peach Schnapps - yes please
Advantages: You need to like Peach,
Disadvantages: You need to like Peach
...I have a weakness - Ok maybe more than 1 but every weekend on his way home from work my husband stops to buy me?. No not flowers (can?t remember the last time that happened) but Archers Aqua Peach being my choice of drink..
I have at some time over the years drunk most brands of alcopop, bacardi breezers, WKD but usually return to the one that I prefer Archers Aqua.
~Why Archers?~
Archers was quite late onto the alcopops scene being easily beaten by Barcardi and their assorted flavour breezers and despite having a fruit flavoured spirit base, several fruit juice and vodka based drinks made it onto the market before Archers. Even when introduced Archers struggled against the popular brands mainly because it relied on a unique alcoholic taste of schnapps to make its sales and that was not a commonly drunk choice in the UK...
