I use to work the grave yard shift and was the one that not only made sure that all of the new promotional stock was on the shelf, but I had to make sure that all of the displays with the latest products were in place. My brother always said that I had Flintstone feet and I was never proud of them because of the foot surgery that I had on them. Cheat your way to perfect nails!

...Revlon Perfect Pedicure is one of those 'cheat' items that just make that little bit of difference when you really need them! They are simply false toenails which can be applied in literally a couple of minutes to give, you (the clue is in the name!) a perfect pedicure. I have had problems with my toenails, which are very thin and often do not look as nice as I would like. I have tried hiding them under layers of nail varnish, but it only disguises them a little - I have never been able to achieve toenails to be proud of. It takes a lot of the fun out of wearing sandals and flip flops when you know your toenails are letting your look down so when I came across Revlon's false toenails I thought they were definitely worth a try! Best of all, when I have been wearing them, some of my most image conscious friends have complimented me...

...I got the Opi pedicure cream as part of a set from a friend who works in a salon. It was a miniature version and came in a cute little bottle. At first I wasn't too bothered about the cream and was too busy trying out the nail varnishes which came in the set, however when I did come to try it I was pleasantly surprised. It smells gorgeous, possibly one of the nicest smelling creams I've ever tried! The cream made my feet feel really smooth but wasn't too thick or sticky. It felt light and refreshing on my feet, and I felt happy to use it before going out somewhere as well as before bed. The amount to use would be personal choice but because the cream wasn't too thick I found I didn't have to use too much so a bottle would probably last quite a while. Fabulous Nail Varnish

...Rimmel I Love Lasting Finish is a fabulous nail varnish and one of my favourites, I have tried many nail varnishes on the market in all different ranges from Chanel to Mac and Lancome and I keep coming back to this Rimmel product, which is dramatically cheaper by far. It comes in an 8ml glass bottle with plastic top and generous applicator brush that gives good coverage on the nail when applying. My favourite colour is Exotica which is a bright red colour with gold shimmer through it, i have had so many compliments when i wear it and it looks fab on your toes. I normally when having a pedicure take it along to my beautician as i always really like to have the colour just in case i chip my nails and it enable me to extend the life of my pedicure, all the beauticians thinks that the rimmel nail varnish provides excellent coverage...

...I have just returned from a weekend Spa Break at the Park Royal as a birthday treat for my wife that was booked through Spabreaks.com and felt the need to say how wonderful the whole experience was. All the staff were friendly, helpful & courteous, ensuring all our needs were met during our short stay. The room itself contained all the facilities required (internet, trouser press, iron, TV) and was comfortable, clean and well maintained with a modern bathroom suite. The lesuire facilities were excellent and we spent much time in the jacuzzi, pool, sauna and heated loungers. Unfortunately the steam room and experience shower were out of use during our stay. ...Went to Forest Mere on a 3 day break with a friend. Have been to several healthfarms before including Henlow Grange and Springs Hydro. Forest Mere is the flagship of this trio of spas. The room we had was lovley, but there is a noticeable policy of pennypinching. Unlike other healthfarms, every coffee is charged for , and there is a lack of water fountains in all areas including the pool area, which means you have to buy your own constantly.The restaurants seemed disorganised. The toilets in the pool area ran out of loo paper which was not replaced for 2 days, while the showers ran out of shampoo/conditioner.The receptionist checking us in and out was stressed and unhelpful; their is a high staff turn over and availibility and organisation of treatments is erratic.
