E2180 pentium dual core CPU
Advantages: Cheap, Powerfull
Disadvantages: Small L2 cache
...This is brilliant processor for its small price. In fact i like it so much, im writing this review using it right now.
It is really easily over clocked using the right mother board. Personally, i have overclocked to 2.5Ghz using a cheap Gigabyte motherboard and an arctic cooling freezer 7 pro heat-sink fan unit. I have found that it is brilliant for multi-tasking. Even the programs that heavily use CPU power are done with ease on this powerful little processor, all down to its 2 cores. As for heat, obviously depending on case cooling and heat-sink fan, its not too bad. In my computer i have 3 additional 80cm fans for cooling as well as the heat-sink fan and im peaking at 45 degrees Celsius.
The only disadvantage i can see with the CPU would be the L2 cache size. At only 1GB its not as fast as the Core 2 Duo CPU's but at this price its...

Good value for money
Advantages: Cheap, silent, easy to overclock
Disadvantages: Heatsink can be a bit fiddlly to install
...With the right motherboard this cpu can be overclocked to 3 GHZ with no problem.
Even on a cheap motherboard (abit ip95)i have overclocked to 2.2GHz just by raising the fsb by 10%
The processor is excellent for anyone building a cheap HTPC teamed up with 1GB DDR/DDR2 ram and a cheap pci graphics card this will run windows vista ultimate with ease.
The dual core enables you to run multi applications without any slow down of the pc.
It is nearly silent with the supplied fan and heatsink and even overclocked it run cooler than my previous cpu (pentuim 4 2.8)
I have benchmarked this processor against a E4300 and can see no difference in performance in everyday use.
Installation couldn't be easier altought the clips on the the heatsink can be a bit fiddly....

...Intel Pentium Dual Core E5200
************************
We are now in 21st century and most interesting changes for this period are in computer and mobile phone industries. Life is moving very fast and there is no scope for traditional thinking. So we are getting unexpected technology now days. We have some popular brands in computer technology and they are still getting good response from overall market.
***
In this category we have some good dual core processors and they are still very popular with good processing speed and low price. Sometimes ago we got Pentium4 models from Intel and they were long run processors in the line. Celeron series processors are still popular in low budget category. The time is changing very fast and multicore processors are getting more popularity due to its performance and speed. We cant ignore latest...

Introducing core 2 duo at the lowest price
Advantages: Greatest value and performance at the lowest price, highly overclockable
Disadvantages: Only 1MB L2 shared cache, performance hit in games
...the following years AMD followed this trend and also launched another low cost processors called Duron and after Duron the Sempron. I always had a great opinion about AMD low end processors family because they had the best price/performance ratio and providing sufficient performance. At the same time I had a worse opinion about the Celeron processors especially about based on the Pentium 4 architecture. In present days both Celeron and Sempron are quite obsolete because they are both single core processors and can be found in a small number of stores. The low end processors market is gradually replaced by dual core processors called AMD Athlon x2 processors at low frequencies and by Intel E2100 family based on E2140 and E2160 processors
▀ ▀ ▀ How this processor arrived on his market and why did Intel launched it. ▀...

Intel Dual-Core Xeon 5130 / 2 GHz processor
Advantages: ideal for intense computing environments
Disadvantages: none
...Very good Speed and unbelieveable performance and The Dual-Core Intel Xeon processor 5100 series is ideal for intense computing environments, 32-bit and 64-bit business-critical applications and high-end workstation and Analysis in my mind Dual-Core Intel Xeon processor 5100 series-based platforms are expected to deliver up to 2.25 times the performance and 2.35 times the performance/watt of previous-generation dual-core Intel Xeon processors and realiable performance and I always advice my friends,visiter and colike. In my view overall good performance Easily purchase. Good Manufacture support and overall we see performance,efficiency,design very valuable. Mostly people perfer and All this report in my survey and judge 80% people perfer this and I also recommend you please purchase....

Intel Pentium D E5200 Overclockers budget king and luck tester
Advantages: fast and cheap
Disadvantages: low L2 cache and overclocking relies on luck
...The Intel E5200 is a tricky CPU. when overclocking its very unpredictible on how high a clock and how stable you can get it. this chip was taken from the bad end. You have a 50/50 chance of having an overclocking catalyst or a stability wreck. if you want to get great performance for your money though this should do the job nicely it makes an easy 2.7-2.8Ghz overclock. I managed to push mine to 3Ghz an unknowingly damaging it. so if you are an overclocker with this CPU be very careful and run frequent test to male sure you are completely stable because this CPU can go from fly to fry in the slightest adjustment.
a safe mark I would say is 2.8Ghz. go to 3Ghz if you have the appropriate cooling and go beyond that if you feel lucky and have amazing cooling but once again be very cautious. this CPU is a bit of a power eater too so try to...

Dual core speed mania
Advantages: Speed solution in Dual Core
Disadvantages: none
...Intel Core 2 Duo E8600
******************
We have seen that some of the most popular processors from Intel in dual core category were Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 with almost 2.66 GHz of core speed and Intel Core 2 Duo E8500 with approx 3 GHz core speed. Both processors got huge response from all over the world and they are still in most popular category with continuous demands.
***
We haven't seen speed in terms of 4 GHz or more, all processors have below 4 GHz speed and hope that this limit will break soon.
Intel is ahead with its fast speed processors in multicore technology. Cor2 duo processors in cost effective and it have more demands in personal computing market.
***
So have a look on new product from Intel in core2 duo family with superfast performance and speed. Intel Core 2 Duo E8600, after huge success of Intel Core 2 Duo E8500...

Cheap core duo based processor
Advantages: Price, price, stability,can be overclocked, did I noticed price
Disadvantages: average performer
...This is the last based core duo processor, used for the low end market. But this doesn't mean that the processor is weak. I personally use now it's brother E2160 that is a few faster. As a difference from their brothers, the E4000 and the E 6000 family this processor has a smaller L2 cache of only 1 Mb, instead of 2Mb or 4Mb. The performance hit varies from almost 0% (rendering programs, 3dmax) to a full 35% games at the same frequency, but the price is astonishing. 100% RECOMMENDED
Speed: lowest dual core core speed, but enough for all modern aplications, but the processor can be really overclocked...50-90 % with great speed bonuses.Not really recommended for games.
Stability: greatest as all new lintel processors
Power consumption: best power consumption for years. draws about 45-50w at full speed and 12w idle (L2 great...

A Dual Core thats Fast & Cheap
Advantages: Inexpensive dual core prossesor - Very low temp
Disadvantages: No noticeable difference for gaming
...What is Dual Core and 64-bit
`````````````````````````````````````````
Dual-core processors contain two processing cores on one chip increasing efficiency and speed while running multiple programs, this means a significant increase in response and performance when running multiple applications simultaneously.
Having two processors working together, each one taking care of different applications reducess those annoying processing pauses, and Switching from one program to another without waiting for the computer to catch up.
64-bit systems can process twice as much compared to a 32-bit system. The most significant difference between a 32-bit and a 64-bit system is the amount of memory that they support, 4 GB limit for 32-bit machines and a almost unlimited amount of RAM for 64-bit systems, I think its something like 10 - 16...
