...There are 7 different flavours available in the Encona World of Sauces. They are Tropical Hot Pepper Sauce, Creole Hot Pepper Sauce, Jamaican Jerk Sauce, Original Hot Pepper Sauce, Smooth Hot Pepper Sauce, Thai Sweet Chili Sauce, Cajun Hot Pepper Sauce. I shall be writing this review on the later of these, Cajun Hot Pepper Sauce. I have had this sauce for some time and only use a splash now and again. I mainly use it on Spaghetti Bolognaise and Chilli Con Carni, but have also found it enjoyable as a barbeque sauce and to splash on my salad. I also use this on juicy sweaty doner kebabs instead of their dodgy lumpy chilli sauce ***Packaging*** It comes in a small, slender glass bottle with that is slightly feminine in shape. ...I'll start off by saying, this is my favourite Hot Sauce, it is absolutely fantastic stuff It comes in nice sized bottles and is very fairly priced (under £1) if you have been eating food without this sauce all your life and never experienced it's glory then i'd do something about that and go and buy some and heres what to expect Its very hot, it's made from Scotch Bonnet peppers which are very hot peppers but they taste gorgeous, it's a thick sauce and is a nice orangey colour and the ingredients are great, with onions and spices added too. ...I would love to be able to say that I make all my sauces for my dinners from hand with nothing but the freshest ingredients but unfortunately I work long hours and just don't have the time to have to cheat and buy them in packets!! Pasta in a hurry

...I enjoy a good pasta dish as I find it easy to prepare and also very filling. I tend to cheat with packet or jar sauces though as I don't want to start from scratch in the evenings and look for convenience rather than the freshness of preparing a sauce myself. That's why I love Dolmio's range of stir in sauces. You simply cook the pasta and drain the water, then empty the pot of sauce and stir in. Simple. The sauce comes in a small plastic pot, with foil lid. Around this is a card label with the product information. So these are really easy to store in my cupboards as they stack easily on top of one another. The sweet pepper sauce is a tasty alternative to the usual tomato sauces you find in jars.
