...f I could only have one item in my handbag I would have to go for YSL Touch Éclat. I?ve been using it now for about three years and it?s the only thing I just can?t fault. I remember watching a programme with Geri Halliwell and she pulled it out of her handbag and slapped a load on and I though it looked so expensive. No one should go without Radiant Touch!

Advantages: Lightens and evens out skin tone, glamorous packaging
Disadvantages: Expensive, can become smelly

...I find this a really great product. However, if you have spots you might want to use an additional cover stick. I have got some spots which it doesn't really cover but it works really well as a concealer of uneven skintone, dark circles under you eyes and general small blemishes. I even use it around my nose and my mouth to even out my skin tone and highlights shadows to make them appear reduced. I don't use foundation anymore as I find that this product replaces it perfectly in areas such as the t-zone (nose, chin and forehead). Minus is the price (although you can buy it relatively cheap online) and the fact that after using it for a long time it might get a bit smelly. But this is still is such a great product (and the packaging is not bad either) and I'm definately an addict!...

Touche Eclat? Touche Eme!

Advantages: Excellent coverage, Easy to apply
Disadvantages: Price can be a put off

...feeling once it is on the skin. It feels velvety and smooth to apply. Touche Eclat comes in a variety of shades, I would imagine that there is one to suit all skin tones. I personally have very pale skin and used the #1 which was a perfect match for my skin and provided good coverage but didn't stand out at all. I have quite oily skin and often have a problem with foundations and concealers staying on my skin. I'm pleased to say that I did not experience any make up 'running' with this product and it happily stayed on my skin throughout the working day. I would reapply if I was going out again in the evening but that would be the same of any other product. If you have oily skin then it is worth noting that I also use a base primer on my skin, and powder make up, I have not tested this product solo on my face. I have been using my Touche...

The make up holy grail - the perfect foundation!

Advantages: looks natural, feels light, easy to apply, lasts a long time

Definatley Radiant!! Superb product....just a bit pricey!!!

...I bought this product on a bit of a whim (kind of regretted it immediatley afterwards as it was a bit pricey) but when I got it home and tried it, I was really pleased with it. The product comes with a leaflet telling you the best places to apply and I really found that it worked well around the eye area. It doesn't work well if you put it on before foundation but if you put on your foundation and blush/bronzer and then apply, it gives you a radiant shine around your eyes which makes them look larger and brighter. Its great if you have any darkeness or puffiness around that area as it totally takes it away. I have also found that the product has lasted me a long time, you don't need to use a lot of it. The only down side I think, is that it doesn't seem to stay on as long as I would like. The overage seems to fade after a few hours...

Good but not that easy to apply

...I had seen this foundation advertised in a magazine and was intrigued by it, but not enough to head out particularly to buy it. However I was in my local department store having a look at the beauty products and these caught my eye. I discussed with the very friendly helpful YSL beautician my skin type and the fact that my skin tone can be a little patchy and he suggested that I try the perfect touch foundation. He offered to try it out on my skin before I bought it and proceeded to skillfuly make over my face. He explained that the perfect touch is designed to glide on to your skin and you do not need a lot to achieve a good coverage. A tip he gave me was not to attempt to put the foundation directly onto my face, but to squeeze a small amount onto the back of my hand and to apply it to my skin from there. ...' (like me) it is also known as 'radiant touch' I wouldn?t recommend if you have but Michael Parkinson bags but if you just feel you need a little help to brighten up this is most definitely the product to go for....

YSL Touche eclat

Advantages: easy to carry around
Disadvantages: slightly pricey

...After hearing how 'fabulous' YSLTouche eclat was, I decided to buy some for myself as I was on the plane returning from my holiday. I must say that I'm now a self confessed Touche eclat believer, I find it brightens up the eye area and helps define the your bone structure if applied in the right places (I use it below the eye area making sure the inner corner is well covered, as well as around the sides of the nose and the inner chin area). It's also great for covering spots! I would recommend that you apply it either on its own or AFTER using face powder, I find it looks smoother when applied after using foundation/face powder. If I am feeling tired or in need of re-freshing, by using Touche eclat it always does the trick! O and dont rub it in to the skin, gently dab it in with the end of your finger!...

To Touche or not to Touche?

Advantages: Great packaging & easy to use
Disadvantages: Not a concealer

...YSL's Touch Eclat is very popular amongst my friends and quite obviously women who love make up and even those who don't really use make up. However I must state that in my opinion this product is not really a concealer contrary to many peoples beliefs. I would describe Touche Eclat as a highlighter only, which definately helps reflect light off the dark circles under the eyes as well as for lightening any other dark areas on the face. I would still recommend using a concealer as well as Touche eclat for better coverage, especially on more mature or lined skin. I love the packaging, it's one of those items you feel proud to whip out of your make up bag! However I think there are many reasonably priced cosmetic items out there that will do two jobs in one and last you a very long time....
