...Optimax petrol is very good. It does make your car more responsive . To put my theory to the test, I ran my car on Optimax for 1 year the changed back to regular 95 RON petrol. My car became more sluggish and the MPG came down significantly. From 380 per tank (about 50 litres) to 280. So, the extra 3p per litre could justify this. Because Optimax is more refined...

...It would be if it wasn't for government duty. People complain about the high level of duty but I've been driving since 1976 and its always like that. There's been a recent outcry about the huge profits that oil companies are making , but this is from industrial oil , not from petrol sales. Garages will make less than 3p a litre on the sale of petrol, I bet they have more mark up on a mars bar...

Disadvantagesthe price is still high local Morrison's store are having a petrol sale! Yep if you want un leaded petrol at 79.9 pence a litre head on down to your local morrissons store. You do not have to buy any thing other than petrol ie you dont have to spend so much in the supermarket or a certain amount of petrol. They have also reduced their 4 star petrol as well - Its now 84.9 per litre. i'm not to sure if you have got...
