Advantages: A very good read and quick to read.

The Quilter's Kitchen

Advantages: A very quick read.
Disadvantages: Part of a set, so you would probably need to read other books to know about the characters.

The Quilter's Apprentice

Advantages: A brilliant read.
Disadvantages: Cannot think of any.

...of my depth reading this book, in fact I found it really helpful, and I obtained a few tips from it, while reading a great book at the same time. The relationships between the chcaracters were good - lots of interaction, especially between the quilters and it did make me feel inspired about my quilting. I definately recommend this book for a good read, and you do not have to be knowledgeable...
