If you wish to know how it's made than this is the book that will tell you. In all honesty I thought that using Philadelphia with pasta was fine but didn't even imagine it would be so versatile I'd be able to use it any other dishes so I was really surprised when I spotted this book. Sun, Beach, but no real fun

Advantages: Very consistant. Deep lyrics
