...When I got htis product around a year ago I thought it was good. You could store: Music, Phots and Movie Clips. Plus you can even listen the radio. Then a few months into having the Philips mp3 player I noticed it wasn't that good. And these are the reasons why: Hard to find your song that you want to listen to due to the slow display of eace song. The pictures are not clear because of the small display, and the resolution the screen is bad. Having said that the price you pay is what you get. If you are looking for a cheap mp3 player which can store: Music, Videos and Pictures then this product is for you. Its also light and looks cool. What you get (Accessories) The ShoqBox comes with a black charger which is quite long about half a Meter long so very handy when there isn't a plug socket near, a useful stylish carry case which is quite hard and protects the ShoqBox well, Line in cable to use the ShoqBox as speakers for your PC, CD player or Mp3 player. It also comes with a radio cable which gives signal for the radio to work and a USB cable for music transfer. There is also a software CD which i will explain about later on. Connectivity The USB cable provided can be used to take music off or put music on the ShoqBox using the software provided. ...This product is great! It has a very slim design, the front glass giving it an expensive and fine look. It's very easy to use although i don't understand why it has a scroll speed function in the menu. Instead they should have put a clock and calendar. The original headphones aren't so great. The sound is clear but they don't cover the overall city noise. So you should buy a better set. I bought another Philips headphone set which costs about 8 euro. The interface is simple and accessible for everyone but the LCD colors are horrible. The blue and yellow LCD colors make it look ugly and tasteless.It has a very useful folder view of the songs and if you select one a pop-up window will appear and you can delete the tracks you don't want anymore. ...helpline. the instructions and spec guide are not that helpfull but the helpline is if you have any queries. the pc is solid built and good quality and philips have a partnership with iqon so you get the philips quality components. it comes with standard 12mth guarantee. iqon is based ireland and mainly sell through mail order catalogues and in some large tesco's the price i paid was £1000 and given the little extra that usualy gets added to catalogue prices i think it was a resonable price. there are cheaper lower spec pc's available from iqon also. all in all this is a good pc witha good spec and build quality standard warranty (12mth) and free helpline.... ...pulsating in and out! Downfall of the ShoqBox PSS120 is the memory factor as it doesn't hold many tracks. There is a 1gb version but it doesn't offer a radio. Price wise i picked mine up for £15 in Howells of Cardiff part of House of Frasier group. Such a good price, i bought 4 =). Just to clear up the other reviews that say you have to use musicmatch, you don't with "Shoqbox Buddy". phillips support online offers firmware downloads which can be updated using the USB cable.... ...I received my Philips 200W6CS yesterday and am pretty happy with it so far, Having a widescreen does make quite a difference to me. The colours seem set more vibrant on this but apart from them being smaller there is really no real difference in the clarity of them compared to the Videoseven screen updated from. I have tested the gaming performance and it is much improved on Freedom Force there is only a little loss of focus if you move the mouse from one side of the screen to another across buildings but it does not blur colours or blacks like before, with Prince of Persia WW it's much improved too, Before the Prince had a black afterglow around him now there is nothing I can see. The monitor does have the much talked about Backlight bleeding issue as on the Dell monitors (in all four corners when screen is displaying black) Picture... Read review

...it quickly. The tracks you put on are sorted according to playlists and automatically by artist, albums and genre providing this information was in the tracks that you transferred. Most important to me is the SOUND QUALITY: this is phenomenal from such as small device - Im sure many would expect it to be quite and tinny - well - its just the opposite. This small device is very loud (Ive never had it close to maximum volume) and there is quite good base due to the 'Dynamic Bass Boost' technology which much improves listening quality. The sounds really does fill the entire room. SUPPORT: Philips has a support website which does have updated software for the device - you can simply upgrade your device by downloading the files from there and connecting the device to the PC by means of the USB cable.
