Compared with other razor's and razor blades on the market the Phillips TT 2021 Body-groom wins on price nearly every time. You cannot ask fairer than that especially since everyone is trying to save money nowadays. Using an electric razor saves you not only money, but water too. Philips Electric Shaver

Advantages: Built In Conditioner, quiet, stylish, effective
Disadvantages: Bit of a hassle to clean

...and colours. The feel of it is very comfortable on the hand and is easy to grip, due to slight ridges around the back of the shaver. This also makes it very comfortable and easy to hold, which i would say is one of the most important factors in something that is to be used daily. Also, obviously, it must be good at its job. Which this shaver is. It did a very good job, and was the closest shave i have ever had. I was previously using a gillette mach 3 razor and shaving foam. The Philips shaver eliminates the need for shaving foam, which i always found an annoyance. I think that the reason for the closeness is the fact that each of the heads vibrates/girates and moves independantly, meaning that they can move accordingly to each person's individual features. Moving around the jaw bone and cheek bones, means that it gets alot closer to the skin...

...Does everything it says on the tin and I'm pleased with the performance of the shaver. I agree with the other reviews, especially how quiet it is. Delivery took 2 days so not as fast as some say, but still excellent. My only minor gripe is that where my old philips model had a thin two pin plug this one has a (small) transformer at the plug end. This means that I can no longer plug the shaver. I've had Philishave shavers most of my shaving life and always the top of the range model, but this HQ9190 is by far the best yet. What a close shave! I myself have owned electric razors previously, mainly for the convenience factor but often felt let down by the quality of the shave and the discomfort of almost tearing at the skin. Before this I had a much older Philips shaver that had lasted 10 years and the battery finally stopped holding its charge so I decided to upgrade to a newer model.
