...you purchase a Philips manufactured product. There are no obvious signs of anything that can go dramatically wrong at the moment and I don?t expect anything to. I will definitely update this review if anything does happen to it and it needs fixing. --Ease of Use-- I have always found that all of the Philips electrical products that I have come into contact with are easy to operate. They are very much made with novice user in mind, so it is easy for anybody young or old to use. The setup and layout is very basic, whilst maintaining a little elegance and everything is clearly marked. The buttons and their functions are clearly indicated and short boxes of text appear on screen and tell what you have done to the television if you are having a fiddle around. --Ease of Installation-- The setup and the installation is very easy...

Philips SoundMachine AZ102N - The Soundmaster!

Advantages: Good quality chassis, good sound quality, does everything for the price, looks nice.
Disadvantages: Inbuilt handle could have been better, silver version better than white -preference.

...regretted this later. I do not own anything from Philips but believe this was a good purchase and I am sure it will last. Overall an excellent CD/Radio stereo and would recommend it to anyone to is looking for a stereo for the kitchen, bedroom or office. While it is basic it does what it is told without any argument. Thumbs up!...

Johnsons household flea spray

Advantages: really does work
Disadvantages: expensive for the size of can

...I have 2 house cats and 1 crept out in the night and stayed out and unfortunately came back with these horrible little creatures (fleas) We had fleas before and they wasnt difficult to get rid off. Unfortuantely these ones wasnt shifting, i tried flea repelleant shampoo, spray you leave in floor for 30 minutes, flea collar etc i tried the lot that was cheap but unfortuantely turned out to be expensive. We went to Pets at Home and i found Johnsons Household Flea Spray, as i hadnt tried this before i though i would give it ago. I sprayed this on and around the skirting board as thats where the fleas go often and left the room with the windows open for 30 minutes as you CANNOT breath this in, (Specially children and animals). This company wasn't the cheapest on price, partly because they don't do free delivery like some other companies (delivery cost £19.99), but they had the best reviews from other customers - much better than the companies selling it for cheaper. As you can tell from the company name, they sell kitchen appliances including dishwashers, cookers, hobs, fridges, freezers, coffee machines, washing machines and tumble dryers. We ordered a Neff Hob from them late in the evening on 8 November. The website confirmed delivery would normally be in 7 days. The confirmation email stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours to confirm the order and to arrange a suitable delivery date. Sure enough, the next day I had a phone call confirming the order and arranging a delivery date for one week...

...Excellent item, it extracts all the juice you can get. However the blade/filter section can be difficult to remove when it has been used. The pulp is excellent for composting because it is reduced to very fine matter that can be broken down very easily. The whole item is generally easy to clean and is stable when in use. Waste container is easy to empty and collection jug is easy to clean too. The aluminium finish is very chic, looking good in your kitchen. I particularly like the rubber sucker feet on the juicer, these prevent the juicer sliding on your work top. I have seen many different juicers before i bought this one and i would say overall it is the best one that i could find. well done Philips for an innovative item that serves a healthy and valuable purpose with style. ...Please do not order anything from Sainsbury's Kitchen Appliances. We ordered a Zanussi washing machine and are now stuck with this faulty unusable machine, even though we paid extra for fitting and testing. When the machine runs it fills our apartment with the acrid smell of burning rubber. We reported this within 24 hours of our having received delivery of the machine yet Sainsburys will not replace it without first sending out an engineer (the earliest time the engineer will get to us is a full seven days after we reported the fault) who then will submit a report to them (Sainsburys), who will then contact Zanussi. It could easily be 3 weeks or more before we have a working machine. Surely, if a machine is reported as faulty within 24 hours of delivery, it should simply be replaced. Yes. That's the law, but Sainsburys don't see...

...Note: This is my boyfriends shaver - I wrote the review while he dictated. I don't need to use a shaver (...at least I think I don't...) I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday as an upgrade to a previous Philips shaver. It was on offer in Boots at the time and I paid about £140 as well as generating some Boots loyalty points. ~~~~~~~ The Unit ~~~~~~~ At the time it was the 2nd from the top of the range - the top of the range was the nivea moisturise one. It also has an edge trimmer and the boyfriend does not bother with moisturiser (!) so this model is sufficient. The shaver is about 6 inches tall and about 2 inches wide so it fits in the palm of your hand. Philips Electric Shaver

Advantages: Built In Conditioner, quiet, stylish, effective

...and colours. The feel of it is very comfortable on the hand and is easy to grip, due to slight ridges around the back of the shaver. This also makes it very comfortable and easy to hold, which i would say is one of the most important factors in something that is to be used daily. Also, obviously, it must be good at its job. Which this shaver is. It did a very good job, and was the closest shave i have ever had. I was previously using a gillette mach 3 razor and shaving foam. The Philips shaver eliminates the need for shaving foam, which i always found an annoyance. I think that the reason for the closeness is the fact that each of the heads vibrates/girates and moves independantly, meaning that they can move accordingly to each person's individual features. Moving around the jaw bone and cheek bones, means that it gets alot closer to the skin...
