Philips Audio XQ

...I recently had to purchase a set of CD-R's to produce some CD's, for legal reasons I should point out!! So I brought a set of the 'XQ' version, along with the 'Q' version produced by Philips. Made in Germany, the 'blurb' on the packaging states: 'For use with all Digital Audio CD-Recorders. Philips CD-R Q/XQ offer high quality, digital audio performance.' But do they really offer high quality?? Well, the majority of the CDs were used to burn mp3's, so that would partly rely on the quality of the mp3's more than anything, although after listening to them via the CD, there were absolutely no apparently signs of the quality of the songs having faded after being placed on the CD. Occasionally, I find that some CD-R's don't work when being written on, possibly because of the speed of my computer drive, but thankfully not one...

Car FM transmitter for Apple audio players that fails to perform

...There are a few ways to connect your iPod or iPhone to your car stereo but the FM transmitter is arguably the easiest. In the case of the GEAR4 CarDock FM Transmitter, it's powered by the 12V cigarette lighter socket in your car so you need to plug it in, connect your Apple audio player, tune your stereo to the frequency displayed on the transmitter and away you go. Philips SoundMachine AZ102N - The Soundmaster!

Advantages: Good quality chassis, good sound quality, does everything for the price, looks nice.
Disadvantages: Inbuilt handle could have been better, silver version better than white -preference.

...regretted this later. I do not own anything from Philips but believe this was a good purchase and I am sure it will last. Overall an excellent CD/Radio stereo and would recommend it to anyone to is looking for a stereo for the kitchen, bedroom or office. While it is basic it does what it is told without any argument. Thumbs up!...

The vocals in this track are brilliant and it has a simple but effective bass line which i like jamming along to. It is a brilliant track which has amazing memorizable lyrics to it and it is worth taking the time to listen to. Brake! ...Excellent item, it extracts all the juice you can get. However the blade/filter section can be difficult to remove when it has been used. The pulp is excellent for composting because it is reduced to very fine matter that can be broken down very easily. The whole item is generally easy to clean and is stable when in use. Waste container is easy to empty and collection jug is easy to clean too. The aluminium finish is very chic, looking good in your kitchen. I particularly like the rubber sucker feet on the juicer, these prevent the juicer sliding on your work top. I have seen many different juicers before i bought this one and i would say overall it is the best one that i could find. well done Philips for an innovative item that serves a healthy and valuable purpose with style. I bought this for my boyfriend for his birthday as an upgrade to a previous Philips shaver. It was on offer in Boots at the time and I paid about £140 as well as generating some Boots loyalty points. ~~~~~~~ The Unit ~~~~~~~ At the time it was the 2nd from the top of the range - the top of the range was the nivea moisturise one. It also has an edge trimmer and the boyfriend does not bother with moisturiser (!) so this model is sufficient.
