X25 Photon, or just protons?

...Age of Empires is a very good classic stratergy game, the game play is superb and the multiplayer games are very fun to play... You get a whole range of different civilizations to choose from... The game is inproved a lot by the ability to advance is ages... like iron age, tool age and gold age... The graphics aren't that good, neither are the sound effects and music but thats ok because you expect that from an old classic game. I do like it when you use the cheats, is very funny, photon man... hhahhahaha. If you like medievil stratergy games, then you would definetly like Sge of Empires....

...*My review of Phantasy Star Universe is based on the offline experience because I can't afford to play online.* The fighting system is similar to and will feel familiar to fans of Phantasy Star Online. So it's in real-time, and there's no pausing the game offline. The game sees to the likes of lock-on and strafing, but is still fairly simple, and as satisfying. A sense of character progress - not only does your character level up from battling, but by using skills and earning mission points, then the photon arts and character type, respectively, level up. Would have been nice to have had a checklist of the missions with rankings. There are numerous NPCs to talk to; use of transparent people helping to give the impression of bustling cities. You can have a seat and take in the surroundings! I hadn't high hopes for the story given...

The game , nothing compared to the series.

Advantages: Good ship deatail
Disadvantages: not enough to make it as a star trek chapter

...understand because there would have been to much to tell. During the game you will spend 70% munuvering and chasing the enemy trying to get weapons lock and the other 30% dog fighting. this balences out though because dog fighting is as fun as it gets. The depth is fantastic, for eample you can chose what to target, weapons, shields, sensors and engines and then you can fire one of two weapons phasers or photon torpedoes and on selected ships quantum torpedoes, they make quite a bang. The graphics for the game are marginaly good, the ships are detailed and the battle grounds are equally good looking however it is let down by the blandness of the game, and even for a space game it doesent have much to look at and as you will be spending most of the time moving through the enviroments it would have been better to have better environments...

Gears of Ghostbusters

Advantages: Just fantastic from startto finish

...WOW finally i got my hands on Ghostbusters the video game, oh yes it is as good as it sounds....... Where do you start with this game? Maybe i will start out with the negative points. just so you know i'm not just tripping on my fanboy ghostbusters high and presuming this games is perfect (i am a bit :P). First of all the cutscenes are hindered by bad lip syncing, it's quite difficult to watch without becoming annoyed that its so bad, but then as you get into the story more, its becomes less nagging and you can get on with enjoying the scenes. The second problem, It's just too short only 7 or 8 levels left with with under 12 hours of gameplay, and thats really disappointing when the gameplay is so good. Gameplay My title says it all really, Imagine gears of war, but without guns and with photon packs instead. unfortunately...
