...Although i love lip-glosses, I held out for a long time before trying Lancome Juicy Tubes due to the price . I decided to treat myself and glad i did. The tube comes in a box, which lists the ingredient. The tube itself is clear in color and lists the shade on the back. It has a cap that screws off to reveal an angled plastic applicator.They had all the colors available as testers right at the counter, more than two dozen in total! The majority of the colors were pinks and reds, although there were some purple, blue, and browns in the mix. Each color has a scent/flavor, some of which are more obvious than others. For example ?Grape Escape?, a purple gloss, clearly smells like grape, whereas the color I chose, ?Tickled Pink?, doesn?t have a specific flavor name or scent....

...I'm quite a big fan of lipgloss as opposed to lipstick, I find that it lasts longer and generally 'tastes' better. After receiving the No7 'Liplicious' liplgoss for Christmas one year I decided to go ahead and spend the cash on the trendy Lancome 'Juicy Tubes' lipgloss. The first thing you find is that it is quite expensive. Boots retails 15ml of Juicy Tube for £13.50 while you can cut the cost slightly on sites such as buycosmetics.com who sell 15ml for £10.95. I purchased my Juicy Tubes from duty free in the form of 7ml mini tubes, and I got 5 tubes for £20. What I noticed when using this lipgloss is that you only need to use a small quantity when applying - a little goes a long way. It stays in place for a good length of time, I can put mine on before I go to work and have two or three drinks before it needs touching...

Advantages: Ways to find it cheaper, good brand, lots of colours to choose from, raved about by everybody

Even me, whos been known to spend 35 quid on some face gel with little bits of gold leaf suspended in it, couldnt bring myself to fork out £12 quid for a 15ml tube. Theyre one of the best selling lipglosses ever and this is reflected by the fact that its one of the few products that Lancome havent discontinued, they always discontinue products after a certain amount of time and its sooo frustrating when youve found something you love! Juicy Tube = Sticky Mess

...There has been much hype about Lancome Juicy Tubes, they are frequently raved about in magazines and quoted as being the best lip market on the market. I however completely disagree. The lipgloss itself is heavy and sticky. It gives lips a plastic, barbie type look instead of a natural glimmer. And the heaviness of it makes eating, drinking, kissing or any other regular mouth involving activity downright messy. Men often state that they dislike kissing a girl with lipgloss and I can see why after wearing the Juicy Tubes. They are also pure value for money, department stores regularly charge around £11 per tube, considering Rimmel Lip Jelly is half the price of this, and much nicer to use I would definately recomment NOT investing!...

...Lancome Juicy Tubes cost around £11.50 which you may think is expensive for a lip gloss, but it is actually pretty cheap considering the amount of gloss that you get in a tube - you get 15ml. The packaging is a clear plastic squeezable tube. When you twist off the lid, you will find a slanted plastic applicator, with a small hole in the centre. To apply the gloss, you squeeze the tube gently so that the product comes out through the hole. You can then apply the gloss to the lips straight from the tube (the slanted applicator makes this easy), or you can apply the gloss to a lipbrush and apply to your lips from that if you prefer. Personally, I find applying the gloss straight from the tube to the lips to be the easiest. The packaging is hygienic, as the tube doesn't have a wand that you have to dip in and out like some glosses have...

I have used various tomatos purees over the years but at 40p this is one of the cheapest and best that I have come across. The tube holds 200g of tomato puree and comes in a cardboard box which is decorated with pictures of ripe tomatoes on it. The tube is a metal tube with a plastic lid; the tube is sealed with a foil cover which is pierced by inverting the lid and inserting the plastic spike into it. WHAT IS TOMATO PUREE? Tomato purée is a processed food consisting of only tomatoes,(although it can be bought with garlic , herbs etc added) It lacks the additives that are used in tomato sauces.. If using an American recipe you will see tomato purée referred to as concentrated tomato paste...
